Community Rehabilitation Study Of Severe Mental Disorders

Mental rehabilitation is a process of treatment and transformation,not only about the treatment of mental illness,but also includes various methods and means of rehabilitation training to help people who recover from the rehabilitation of social functions,so that their future lives are no longer subject to mental illness and threats.Community rehabilitation has become an important way for people with severe mental disorders to recover.This model of rehabilitation is an effective means of enabling the reintegrate of the rehabilitation person to society,with lower costs and wider coverage,as well as for the mutual acceptance,support and care of the mentally recovered person sand and and other community members in the community.The purpose of this study is to study the community rehabilitation of patients with severe mental disorders by a full-time intensive social worker,and the purpose of the study is to study the application of social work in the field of community rehabilitation of patients with severe mental disorders by involving social workers in community rehabilitation of patients with severe mental disorders,to understand the current situation and problem needs of the patients' community rehabilitation.And summarize the process and pattern of social workers' involvement.The research method will use case work,take the theory of social support theory and humanism learning theory as the theoretical background,choose the family treatment mode and the physiological-psychological-social medicine model two kinds of social work intervention mode,carry out case management and service plan for the mental lying.The results show that social work has achieved remarkable results in the management and service of community mental health,and that the intervention of social work can establish an effective social support network for the mentally recovered,help the client to maintain the stability of the disease and restore social function.It is found that the use of family therapy mode and physiological-psychological-social medicine model in the course of social work to manage cases in the community with severe mental disorders can effectively promote the mental recovery of patients.However,there are also shortcomings in the process of social work involvement in community rehabilitation,and the study finally puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for patients who serve community rehabilitation better in social work.
