Teacher education is an important guarantee for the development of education and a key force to improve the quality of education.In recent years,the state attaches great importance to the development and construction of teacher education,and has invested more efforts in the construction of teacher education.As an important member of the teaching staff,physical education teachers play an important role in the construction of school physical education.Only by strengthening the training and training of physical education teachers at all stages of their professional development can we better promote the development and reform of school physical education at the stage of basic education.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the development and change of physical education teachers' education in our country is fundamentally the change of the system behind it,but also inseparable from the influence of social,political,economic and cultural factors under the specific conditions of the times.Throughout the development process of our country's P.E.teacher education system,it not only provides historical basis for the theory and practice of building a teacher education system with Chinese characteristics,but also is an inevitable choice to maintain the characteristics of our teacher education system under the background of globalization and enhance the international discourse power of the theory of teacher education system.This study uses the methods of documentation,history,comparative study and institutional analysis to review the development process of physical education teacher education system in primary and secondary schools in China.Based on the historical process of the replacement of the educational system,the teacher education system and the development of the physical education teacher education since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the evolution process of the physical education teacher education system in primary and secondary schools in China can be divided into four stages:1949-1965-the initial stage of infrastructure construction;1966-1976-the stage of destruction and lag;1977-2000-the stage of recovery and adjustment;2001-2018-the stage of deepening and adjustment.Our country's primary and secondary school physical education teacher education system presents different characteristics in different stages of development,in the initial stage of construction of basic industry-imitation,active exploration;independent closure,separation;in the stage of destruction and lag-fragmentation,full of political color;in the stage of recovery and adjustment-emphasis on improving the quality of teacher education;physical education teacher training and training system towards one.Integration;gradual regularization and scale of training system;in the stage of deepening reform-training level "higher education" and open training system;large-scale,wide-ranging and multi-channel training of physical education teachers;and gradual specialization and standardization of physical education teacher education system.And from the two perspectives of exogenous factors(environmental factors,non-equilibrium factors)and endogenous factors(value pursuit and function adjustment of physical education teacher education system),the main factors affecting the evolution of physical education teacher education system in primary and secondary schools in China are analyzed.Through the above analysis,this paper summarizes and summarizes the historical experience of the evolution of the education system of physical education teachers since the founding of the People's Republic of China:(1)to ensure the unified realization of the national interests and personal values of the education system of physical education teachers;(2)to attach importance to the allocation of resources and efficiency fairness of physical education teachers;(3)to strengthen the supervision and restraint of the education system of physical education teachers and prevent the occurrence of anomie behavior of the system.(4)based on the development direction of Teacher Education in the world,improve the frontier of teacher education system in China.Modern enlightenment:(1)Guaranteeing the personal rights of physical education teachers and promote the sustainable development of China's physical education system;(2)Promoting the professional and standardized construction of physical education teachers'education system to achieve connotative development;(3)Improving the system construction of teacher education to promote the development of China's physical education teachers;(4)Basing on the characteristics of the development of the times,realize China's physical education system,achieve the scientific development of physical education teacher education system in China.
