Research On Employment Of Rural Returned Labor Force From The Perspective Of Family Life Cycle,In Henan Province

In the process of rapid urbanization,there coexists the "two-way flow" of rural labors.Recently,the phenomenon that the return of rural labor has become the norm plays an important role on driving urbanization process,and bringing many positive returns to rural revitalization and family welfare.In this context,the two Sessions and the No.1 document of the Central Committee in recent years have definitely stressed that "guaranteeing employment" and "stabilizing employment" are urgent problems to be solved in the current process of rural revitalization.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the individual behavioral characteristics of employment alteration and employment stability of rural return labors in the current period,and analyze the influencing factors,which further promote the stable employment of migrant workers returning to their hometowns and expand the channels for increasing income.Since the 1990 s,domestic and foreign scholars have divided the family life cycle standards to suit for their research samples and study the behavior of peasant households according to the actual conditions of their respective countries.Therefore,this paper constructs a family life cycle stage classification standard that is more suitable for the research area based on the synthesis of "Five-Stage Model of Lin Shanlang" and the "Six-Stage Model of Wu Haitao".There are six stages-the period,the stable period,the maintenance period and the empty nest period according to the characteristics of the family population,verifiing rationality of the family life cycle model.The paper that is guided by the labor theory of reflux,the family life cycle theory,based on reflux survey data 539 rural labor force of Yucheng County in Henan,and depended on the thinking-"read the literature-field research-analysis of the problem-empirical test-to make recommendations" was written.Firstly,it mainly introduces general situation and economic situation of Yucheng County,and describes the basic situation of rural village in which reflux labor forces reside,livelihood capital and occupation conversion.Secondly,it describes the basic situation and problems from three aspects that the return of employment outlined in rural reflux labor force(the cause,place of work,long reflux,business plan),employment options and job stability,based on field research data and the perspective of the family life cycle.Finally,according to the probit model regression analysis method,it comprehensively analyzes the influence degree and role direction of different factors on the employment choice and employmentstability of rural returning laborers.It shows that:(1)employment options for decision-making and employment of rural labor reflow stability are the result of the type of family life cycle,livelihood capital,reflow characteristics and other multiple factors intertwined role.(2)Compared with the families in the fostering period,the rural return labors of other family types are more inclined to engage in agriculture,the employment status is more stable,and the influence degree and effect direction of the same factor differ.Therefore,when implementing relevant employment policies,it is necessary to adopt precise and suitable incentive measures to promote their multi-channel transfer of employment and strengthen the stability of employment according to the different family life cycle types of rural return labor.
