With the deepening of basic education reform in Our country,the cultivation of students' core literacy has become the focus of education.Teachers are the ones who cultivate students,and the improvement of students' core quality cannot be achieved without teachers with high quality.Therefore,it is imperative to construct teachers' core quality index and improve teachers' core quality.Core literacy based on suzhou city junior high school physical education teachers as the research object,USES the literature material,Delphi and questionnaire survey research methods,build the core suzhou city junior high school physical education teachers quality,namely:physical education teaching quality,teacher's ethics accomplishment,discipline accomplishment and independent development quality index of a total of four class and the teaching design and implementation ability,care for students,health behaviors,such as communication and cooperation ability index of 19 2 class.According to the investigation of the current situation,among the first-level indicators of the core quality of physical education teachers in Suzhou junior middle schools,the physical education teaching quality is above the good level,the moral quality of physical education teachers is below the good level,the physical education subject quality is below the good level,and the independent development quality is above the medium level.In the secondary index,"lifelong learning ability" scored the lowest,followed by "teaching and research ability".Suzhou core junior high school physical education teachers quality overall level is in the acceptable range,gender,age,education,marital status,teaching age,professional titles and concurrently hold the position for the core of the junior high school physical education teachers in suzhou city,literacy has significant influence,aged between 31 and 35 bachelor degree in a primary school and teaching experience between 11 to 15 years part-time teacher in charge of the duties of male physical education teachers have the highest core literacy level.Aiming at the problems existing in the core quality of physical education teachers in Suzhou junior middle school,the improvement strategies are proposed as follows:"both internal and external training"to improve the moral quality of physical education teachers;"Steady and steady",practice the basic skills of physical education;"The remedy to the case",tamp physical education teachers' discipline quality;"Promote teaching by research",activate the research kinetic energy of PE teachers;In order to attract the attention of the government,schools and junior middle school PE teachers themselves,effectively enhance the core quality of junior middle school PE teachers,and provide reference for improving the overall core quality level of suzhou junior middle school PE teachers.
