In the past 100 years,education has been the foundation.In recent years,the state has continuously increased its investment in education,and its attention to the construction of teachers and the quality of professionalism has been continuously improved.Especially with the deepening of the concept of quality education,the physical education curriculum began to undertake a more diversified educational function.In the 2017 edition of the "Standards for Senior High School Sports and Health Courses",the training objectives of the core literacy of students are explicitly mentioned,which puts higher requirements on the professional quality of physical education teachers.The problem of the construction of physical education teachers in high school and the professional development of teachers began to receive more attention.This research first collects,organizes and summarizes the literature related to the professional development of teachers through the literature data method,and clarifies the basic purpose and practical significance of promoting the professional development of physical education teachers,and then passes the questionnaire survey method,interview method and mathematical statistics method.Conducted on-the-spot investigation and research on the status quo and influencing factors of the professional development of high school physical education teachers in Heyuan City,and clarified the basic status quo and causes of the professional development of physical education teachers in Heyuan City,and finally proposed to promote the professionalization of high school physical education teachers in Heyuan City.Effective countermeasures for developmentThe research results show that the physical education teachers in Heyuan City High School have certain differences in professional cognition,which is relatively unfavorable to the professional development of the individual;the physical development opportunities of physical education teachers and the post-employment continuing education are relatively weak,and the professional growth path Relatively narrow,the relative lack of career planning leads to defects in the teaching and research ability of physical education teachers;the factors affecting the professional development of physical education teachers in Heyuan City High School have many factors from society,school and individual.In this regard,it is recommended that high school schools in Heyuan City should improve the recruitment and admission system of physical education teachers,improve the incentive mechanism for the professional development of physical education teachers,clarify the job responsibilities and professional requirements of physical education teachers,strengthen the professional knowledge training of physical education teachers,and pay attention to the professional education of physical education teachers.Development planning pays attention to the mental health and adjustment of physical education teachers.
