This paper adopts the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,scale measurement method,field survey method and mathematical statistical analysis method,taking the professional adaptability of sports teachers in Xiangxi Prefecture as the research object,and statistically analyzing the basic information of the professional adaptability of sports teachers,Dimensions,etc.,analyze and describe the current status of sports special post teachers,count the differences between different categories,find the level of professional adaptability of sports special post teachers in Xiangxi Prefecture,find the existing problems and causes,and then propose to improve sports special post teachers Strategies for occupational adaptation.The conclusions drawn are:(1)Most of the special sports teachers are 26 to 30 years old.There are more male sports teachers than female sports teachers.The most undergraduate degree.The schools are mostly distributed in the town.The types of schools are mostly non-sports characteristic schools.The majority of teachers specializing in physical education graduated from normal schools.(2)The distribution of the scores of occupational cognitive adaptation dimension is not negatively skewed,and the occupational cognitive adaptation dimension of sports special post teachers is not adapted.Sports special post teachers believe that the current income can maintain their lives and can accept the campus environment and facilities.(3)The distribution of the scores of sports special post teachers in the occupational ability adaptation dimension is not negatively skewed.The adaptability of special physical education teachers' professional ability is not good,the level of professional ability is not high,and the level of professional skills mastered is average.Physical teaching ability is relatively low,and professional ability is lacking.(4)The average value of the interpersonal relationship adaptation of sports special post teachers has reached a good state of adaptation,and the distribution of the interpersonal relationship adaptation scores of special sports post teachers has not been negatively skewed.(5)The distribution of occupational environment adaptation dimension scores is negatively skewed.The average value of the occupational environment adaptation dimension is higher than the average level,and the current occupational environment adaptation level is good.The skewness of the index is mostly less than zero,and the adaptability of the occupational environment is in good condition.(6)The professional adaptability of physical teachers is basically poor.The five dimensions from high to low are:occupational environment adaptation dimension,interpersonal relationship adaptation dimension,occupational cognitive adaptation dimension and occupational ability adaptation dimension.(7)The special physical education teachers of different ages have reached a significant level in the dimension of occupational environment adaptation,and the 31-35 year old physical education teachers accept the current professional environment.There is no significant difference between different ages and occupational cognitive adaptation dimension,occupational ability adaptation dimension and interpersonal relationship adaptation dimension.(8)Different genders,educational backgrounds,graduations,seniority,types of schools and geographical locations of schools have no significant effect on the professional adaptability of special sports teachers.The countermeasures for improvement are: special physical education teachers find their own positioning;strive to improve the level of professional ability adaptation;correctly handle interpersonal relationships;correctly view the environment in which they live,and improve the level of occupational environment adaptation.Set up post schools to improve the venue equipment required for physical education;support and understand the work of special sport teachers;reasonably arrange the work tasks of special sport teachers;provide professional sports professionals with a platform to showcase their expertise;organize special sport teachers to participate in and out of school Exchange activities,create a good atmosphere to promote communication,increase the knowledge of sports special post teachers,improve the teaching level of sports special post teachers;formulate reasonable rules and regulations,carry out various extracurricular activities in special festivals,and enrich the campus cultural life.The education department innovates and improves the training of sports special post teachers,formulates relevant policies and measures,and encourages sports special post teachers to actively work;formulates incentive policies to encourage sports special post teachers to achieve excellent results in physical education.
