In recent years,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued several documents to promote the in-depth integration of information technology and education and teaching.As an important carrier of information education in primary and middle schools,micro-classes play a vital role in its development.Compared with other disciplines,the study of sports micro-courses in China is relatively late.There are few authoritative literatures and professional researchers,and the research results are minimal.Studies in China have shown that physical education micro-courses can increase students 'interest in learning and the enthusiasm of sports participation is conducive to the formation of students' technical actions.However,the design and production of micro-classes are still immature.There are not many high-quality sports micro-classes.There are not many teachers and teams participating in the production of sports micro-classes.In practice,there are few applications.On the China Knowledge Network and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,the author has not found any articles on the design and production of breaststroke micro-courses,and hopes that this research can make some useful explorations in this area.This paper summarizes the characteristics of micro-classes through literature review,and designs and produces four micro-classes that children like to use and teachers can use according to the problems in physical micro-classes.Enriched the online resources of swimming micro-classes,and increased students' interest in learning and swimming skills.Let students learn more about swimming knowledge in happy learning.It also promotes the application and development of information technology in children's swimming teaching.This paper takes 60 children aged 8-11 years old in the primary class of the swimming pool in Zhoukou City as the experimental object,and takes the design,production and application of breaststroke micro lessons for children aged 8-11 years as the research object.Experimental method,mathematical statistics method,case method for research.Concluded as follow:(1)Starting from the actual needs of teaching,the four self-made micro lessons have been recognized by experts,teachers,and students,which has enriched the teaching resources of children's breaststroke micro lessons.The experience summarized in practice provides a theoretical basis for the design,production and application of breaststroke micro-courses.(2)It has been proved through practice that the four designed micro-classes have deepened students' understanding of technical movements and increased their interest in swimming.The students expressed their preference for such micro-lessons,and were willing to learn through such micro-lessons.(3)For 8-11 year olds,independent learning ability is not strong,most students need to supervise parents to learn micro lessons.Many parents believe that to learn swimming,they should practice more in the water,and pay less attention to land practice.Therefore,communication with parents is crucial to the implementation of micro-teaching.(4)Both micro-teaching and traditional teaching can enable students to master swimming skills.Micro-teaching allows students to learn first after class,and then to provide personalized guidance in the classroom.The students' acceptance ability is significantly improved,and their technical actions are more standardized.It solves the problems of tight summer time,heavy tasks,and difficult to guarantee teaching quality.(5)Micro-classes can better help students experience movements,but in view of the strong practicality of swimming,micro-classes are generally used as auxiliary teaching,and they cannot replace traditional offline courses.In swimming teaching,still practice in water.
