Facing the challenges of the 21 st century,in order to solve the problem of talent training,all countries in the world have put forward the common vision of core literacy.Based on the research and training of core literacy in China,all disciplines have condensed the core literacy in succession.With the continuous development of chemical core literacy,the new chemistry curriculum standard clearly emphasizes that the teaching goal should be set scientifically according to the connotation of chemical core literacy,which means that the teaching goal of our country has moved from "three-dimensional goal" to a new era of "core literacy".Therefore,how to design and effectively implement the teaching objectives of core literacy has become a challenge for front-line chemistry teachers.This research through the form such as interview,questionnaire survey to understand the new curriculum reform under the background of a line in the teaching of chemical design and implementation of the core literacy teaching goal,summarizes the four aspects of problems: core literacy teaching target attitude,core literacy teaching goal design,the core literacy teaching target and core literacy teaching evaluation.Based on the thinking about the problems of the status quo survey,core literacy teaching goal to improve the status quo,force to through the establishment of "core literacy teaching goal design strategy","core literacy target implementation strategy" and "core literacy teaching goal evaluation strategy" system,achieved the integration of "navigation--check" mechanism,promote effectively the teaching goal to achieve.1.Construct the design strategy of core literacy teaching objectives,and summarize the design principles,design basis,design path and expression methods of core literacy teaching objectives.2.Put forward strategies for achieving core literacy teaching objectives,including setting problem situation tasks,attaching importance to the function of chemical experiments,integrating information technology support,paying attention to extra-curricular practical activities,teaching the history of osmosis chemistry,and strengthening careful assignments.3.Establish the evaluation strategy of the teaching objectives of core literacy,combine the teaching objectives with the evaluation objectives through the construction of the evaluation system,and implement quantitative detection through the evaluation scale of core literacyteaching objectives.Finally,based on the core literacy teaching objective system,the teaching case design is carried out,and the content of non-metal and its compounds in chapter 4 of compulsory course 1is selected to design and implement the core literacy teaching objective,so as to verify the feasibility of the construction of the core literacy teaching objective system in this study.Through a systematic study of the teaching objectives of core quality of chemistry,it is hoped that some references can be provided for front-line teachers to design and effectively achieve the teaching objectives of core quality of chemistry,so as to provide some beneficial references for the cultivation of students' core quality of chemistry.
