In March 2014,the Ministry of Education issued a "comprehensive deepening of curriculum reform,the fundamental task of implementing Rucker Shuren opinions"(hereinafter referred to as the opinions),"opinions" put forward the concept of "core competence",and what is the core of "literacy" defines the.It can be seen that the core literacy of the students has been promoted to the national level.To enhance the core literacy of students not only become an important goal of current curriculum reform,but also many of the current national education reform guiding concept,core competence plays a vital role in guiding the curriculum reform,curriculum standards,teaching materials development and interpretation.2016 is regarded as the first year of core literacy.Experts and scholars have done a series of researches on core literacy,but this research is only at the theoretical level.In 2017 and2018,core literacy research has entered the level of practice and classroom.Core literacy has not only become an important basis for the design of curriculum objectives and teaching objectives,but also a basic requirement for talents training in the new era.Therefore,we believe that it is necessary to further elaborate the issues related to the core literacy,and on this basis,to carry out other research on it.As a subject of instrumental and humanistic unity,the requirement of the core literacy is more urgent than the other subjects.To improve the core literacy of the students' language discipline has always been the goal of the Chinese language teaching,and what kind of ways and means can be achieved to achieve this goal? This paper proposes that based on the perspective of Chinese classroom teaching goal design,in other words,teaching objectives should be regarded as a way and way.Through this way and way,the ultimate goal of thinking is to enhance students' core literacy of language.From this,this article is made up of the introduction and four chapters of the main body.The first chapter outlines the problems related to core competence;the second chapter is the current method to enhance the core of students' Chinese literacy review;the third chapter puts forward through the design of teaching aim to improve students' language literacy core,and introduces the advantages,principles and strategies;the fourth chapter discusses some through the design of teaching objectives to improve students' language literacy core process should pay attention to the problem.
