Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Talent Training In The Integration Of Industry And Education In Vocational Education

At the present,At present,our country is in an important period of industrial transformation.There is a strong demand for high-quality vocational and technical talents.Senior technical talents not only contribute to industrial upgrading,but also improve the efficiency of industrial transformation.This requires vocational education to cultivate professional and skilled talents according to the relevant industrial needs,so it can be seen that the integration of industry and education is the new direction of the future development of vocational education.The integration of industry and education in vocational education is a systematic and innovative vocational education system,which effectively integrates the resources of the government,vocational colleges and industrial enterprises,forms a joint force,gives full play to the advantages of all parties,realizes the coordinated development of application-oriented talent training,and further promotes the development of Vocational education in China to precision and high-end.Through combing the training modes of foreign and domestic vocational education talents,this paper makes an in-depth study on the problem of vocational education industry education integration talents training.The first part is the introduction,including the research background,literature review and innovation points,which is the preparatory work of this study.The second part is the concept and theory overview part,which explains the related concepts and theories as well as the application.And then mining the results of production and education integration talent training,improve the quality of vocational education teaching and improve the conversion rate of educational resources.In the research process,there are also five problems in the cultivation of industry education integrated talents.The problems in the cultivation of industry education integrated talents include: the idea of the cultivation of industry education integrated talents has not reached a consensus,the school enterprise coordination degree of the cultivation of industry education integrated talents is insufficient,the industry and course teaching system of the cultivation of industry education integratedtalents is dislocated,the teacher management system of the cultivation of industry education integrated talents is backward,and the production education integrated talents are backward Then,based on the problems,the paper analyzes the reasons,in order,the characteristics of vocational education training positioning is not correct,the top-level design of joint training is not perfect,the development focus and demands of both sides are not consistent,the professional skills of teachers are weak and the relevant policy guarantee system is not perfect.Finally,in view of the problems and reasons,this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions from five aspects: establishing a scientific concept of the integration of production and education,optimizing the communication and coordination mode of the integration of production and education,building the curriculum and teaching system of the integration of production and education,optimizing the management mechanism of the teaching team with both advantages of production and education,and improving the guarantee system of the integration of production and education.At the end of this paper,the research is summarized.
