Looking overall at the college entrance examination compositions in recent years,it is more and more inclined to compositions with clear writing task instructions.This type of composition is defined as "task-driven material composition".The emergence of this type of composition has caught great attention in the education circle.Task-driven material composition is not a simple change of previous material compositions,but a change from the outside into the inside.The comprehension and execution of "tasks"concerning the students' ability to analyze and solve problems.In essence,it is the examination of speculative and empirical abilities.The traditional argumentative writing mode of "self-justification" is not often used in task-driven material compositions.The disadvantages of argumentative composition teaching mode which focus on writing skills training are increasingly obvious,and teachers' composition teaching has encountered new challenges.How to guide students to prepare for tests?The key point is looking at the fear and demands of students."Know your enemy and yourself,and you will never be defeated." As knowledge senders,teachers should take the lead and have a clear understanding of the definition of the task-driven material composition.Therefore,the conclusion part of this paper is a basic introduction of the task-driven material composition,including the concept,background,the differences between task-driven material compositions and previous material compositions and significance and method of the study.In view of the previous survey results and problem analysis,the third part puts forward suggestions for the preparation strategies from eight aspects:first,focus on the main points of the examination;second,focus on the trend of the propositions,based on the syllabus and curriculum standards,to provide theoretical basis for students'preparation for the exam;Third,master multiple types of instructions,and divide them into four types:comparative trade-offs,discussions,role-playing,and small-scale tasks according to the different task instructions.Examples of review points for each type are introduced.Fourth,prepare enough live materials to solve the problem of lack of materials and improper use of materials.Fifth,set up a rigorous structure and introduce four applicable frame templates:side-by-side,progressive,contrast,and disciplinary with examples,which is designed to provide students with a reference to layout;Sixth,polish the discourse language,combined with the student's work to introduce the clever use of elegant words,integrated sentence structure,the introduction of imagery and the use of related words to make four sentence formation skills;seventh,decorate the article On the facade,start with beautifying the title,optimize the details,and then compete for the scores from the subtle points.Eighth,pay attention to the modification and promotion.Based on the author's teaching practice,propose a method of modification and upgrading which should be suitable for different students,and provide suggestion for teacher evaluation and feedback of task-driven material composition.In the fourth part,the author tests the effectiveness of the task-driven material composition preparation strategy proposed in this paper by simulating the pre-test and post-test and interviews.Through a comparative analysis of the results of the pre-test and post-test,it can be concluded that the test preparation strategies trained in the experiment can help improve students' task-driven material composition essay performance.Through interviews,we can see that most students have a positive attitude towards the test preparation strategy and think it has guiding significance to some extent.
