This study introduced the teaching behavior questionnaire(TBQ)compiled by Possel(2013)into China and then revised it among the middle school students group. The questionnaire examined the current teaching behavior of Chinese teachers in the way of self-report of middle school students and tested the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Based on the dual-factor model of mental health, this study further explores the influence of teachers' teaching behavior on students' mental health, and investigate the internal mechanism of emotional regulation efficacy between them.Study 1:TBQ was translated into Chinese by the way of literal translation and backtranslation, and was conducted to form the initial questionnaire. The questionnaire survey was carried out among the eighth grade junior high school students with 230 effective subjects obtained. After the project analysis and exploratory factor analysis,8 items was deleted and the formal questionnaire of "teacher teaching behavior questionnaire(revised version)" was formed. It includes four sub-dimensions:directing behavior, organizational behavior, social emotional behavior and negative teaching behavior Another survey with larger scale was conducted with 749 effective subjects. And it shows that the a coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.88,the a coefficient of each sub-dimension was 0.87?0.92;?2/df=4.19,CFI=0.92,IFI=0.91,TLI=0.90,NFI=0.89,GFI=0.87,RMSEA=0.06 which indicates that The model fitting is acceptable and the questionnaire has sound reliability and validity.Study 2:SPSS and PROCESS was adopted to analyze teaching behavior, emotional regulation efficacy and mental health questionnaire. The results shows that there were differences in teachers' teaching behavior, emotional regulation efficacy and mental health in different gender and grade. Each variable, except that teachers' negative teaching behavior and students' anger regulation efficacy, were significantly related.Emotion regulation efficacy play intermediary role between social emotional behavior, negative teaching behavior and students' subjective sense of happiness.Emotional self-efficacy mediates the relationship between teaching behavior and students' mental health, but different teaching behaviors will affect students' mental health level through different ways of emotional self-efficacy.Study 3:Group counseling has more advantages than mental health courses in learning to manage emotions and improve the individual's sense of emotion regulation. There are two ways that are used a lot in group emotional counseling, namely, cognitive behavior group counseling and expressive art group counseling. However, there are few comparisons between the effects of two ways mentioned above. The results of the intervention showed that the students in group 1 of cognitive behavioral group counseling experiment and group 2 of expressive art group counseling experiment improved their self-efficacy in emotion regulation after 6 interventions, and the effects on students in group 1 were better than those in group 2 at mental health level(positive emotion, internalization problem, externalization problem).
