Cangyuan County,Yunnan Province is a key area for targeted poverty alleviation in education in China.Due to historical and geographical factors,education resources and teachers are relatively weak compared to other developed regions.The problem of "class"still exists.In recent years,under the leadership of the government and relevant education departments,Cangyuan County has actively promoted the construction of informatization,optimized the balanced allocation of educational resources under the condition of "Internet+",?and promoted "Dedicated Delivery Classes","Master Classes" and "Prestigious School Network Classes" The construction and application of the "three classrooms" strives to narrow the gap between regions,urban and rural areas,and between schools,alleviate the digital divide in education,promote the sharing of high-quality educational resources in poor areas,and comprehensively improve the quality of schools.This study uses literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods and interview methods to understand the current situation of information construction in Cangyuan County and the construction and application of "three classrooms",summarizes and summarizes the promotion mechanism of "three classrooms" in Cangyuan County and analyzes Its application mode provides experience and guidance for promoting the balanced development of compulsory education in poor areas.First of all,based on extensive reading of the literature,the author has designed a manager questionnaire,a teacher questionnaire and a student questionnaire to analyze the information construction of Cangyuan County and the development of the "three classrooms" from multiple perspectives.In this survey,it was found that Cangyuan County has a relatively complete information infrastructure.On the basis of ensuring that most schools have access to the Internet,it improves information construction and strengthens the investment of hardware and software facilities in the "three classrooms".Ensure that there are technical guarantees for resources and environment so that teaching points in remote schools in poor areas can also enjoy high-quality educational resources.Secondly,from the aspects of the organization and operation system of "three classrooms",the construction of technical environment facilities,resource allocation service system,teaching application and assessment and incentive system,etc.,Cangyuan County introduced "three classrooms" and successfully applied it to the promotion of primary and secondary school curriculum Through investigation and research,it was found that Cangyuan County actively uses the construction of informatized infrastructure and relies on the "central school with teaching points" and other forms to help pair up between urban schools and rural teaching points,so that rural schools do not have uniform classes and poorly.The outstanding problems of the course were alleviated and the quality of teaching was improved.Specifically,it starts with the development of the "three classrooms" in the Cangyuan County National Primary School,and analyzes the typical application mode of the "three classrooms" in Cangyuan County from three aspects:teaching mode,teacher-student interaction and teacher development.Finally,according to the data display and interview results,we learned that the implementation of "three classrooms" in Cangyuan County has unstable information technology environment and equipment performance,teachers' ability to use information tools for teaching is lacking,and some schools have not formulated and Improve relevant assessment and incentive policies and other issues.In response to the above problems,the author proposes that relevant education departments and schools should formulate and improve performance-oriented assessment and incentive policies to stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers;carry out practical teacher training based on real scenes,enhance professional skills of teachers and fully consider the region,Schools,disciplines and individual differences,carry out teaching optimization strategies based on local conditions and teaching according to their aptitude,and summarize this research,and put forward the shortcomings of the research and the prospects for the future.
