The professional ability of teachers is the premise and foundation of physical education teachers engaging in physical education teaching and the prominent embodiment of the professional quality of physical education teachers.Along with the advancement of sports and health curriculum reform,to cultivate students' sports core literacy is becoming more and more attention,at the same time puts forward more on junior high school physical education teachers professional requirements,to achieve the overall goal of PE and health course,the professional ability of PE teachers is very important,therefore,improve the sports teachers' professional ability to promote sports teachers' specialization,improving the quality of education is of great significance.This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics,structural equation model and so on,taking the influencing factors and promotion path of junior high school PE teachers' professional ability as the research object,taking Jinan junior high school PE teachers as the survey object,understanding their basic situation,analyzing the influencing factors of junior high school PE teachers' professional ability,and putting forward practical training paths to provide the basis for improving Jinan junior high school PE teachers' professional ability.In this paper,the influencing factors of physical education teachers' professional ability in junior middle school are divided into four latent variables: social,family,school and its own factors,and there are 22 observation variables,which are screened by expert advice.As well as the first-line junior high school physical education teacher survey interview,finally left 16 sub-projects.The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)The paper identifies and analyzes the influencing factors of physical education teachers' professional ability in junior middle school,and divides them into four categories:social factors,family factors,school factors and their own factors,including 16 sub-projects.It is determined that the professional ability of PE teachers in junior middle school includes five categories: the ability of education and teaching,the ability of after-school physical training and competition,the ability of organizing extracurricular sports activities,the ability to develop and utilize physical education curriculum resources,and the ability of scientificresearch and innovation.(2)The results show that the social,family,school and self-factors have positive influence on the professional ability of junior high school PE teachers,and accord with the research hypothesis,through the significance judgment,the hypothesis H1b(social factors have positive influence on themselves),H1c(social factors have positive influence on the professional ability of junior high school PE teachers),H3b(school factors have positive influence on the professional ability of junior high school PE teachers)and H4(own factors have positive influence on the professional ability of junior high school PE teachers).school factors > self factors > social factors > family factors in the degree of influence.At the same time The most influential factors are the pre-service education,the school's emphasis on the development of physical education,education and training,their own professional learning experience and quality class evaluation.(3)On the basis of following certain principles,the paper puts forward that the improvement path of PE teachers' professional ability in junior middle school in Jinan can include: perfecting the relevant policy system of PE teachers' professional development;optimizing the management system of functional departments of PE teachers' professional development;strengthening the public supervision system of PE teachers' professional development;and constructing the evaluation system of PE teachers' professional ability.
