Research On The Construction Of Fund Performance Evaluation Index System Of "Comprehensive Reform Of Books" In HN County

At present,with the rapid development of social economy,people pay more attention to the education equity.The education reform is gradually deepened,and the balanced development of education has become the mainstream.In recent years,weak schools have become an important issue in education,and weak schools affect China's basic education.In order to solve the problem of weak schools in rural areas,the state has a plan to reform weak schools in rural compulsory education in 2010.Since 2014,we have carried out a comprehensive reform of schools with weak compulsory education in remote areas,rural areas and poverty-stricken areas.In order to further improve the objective accuracy of the fund performance evaluation of the thinning project day and realize its scientific evaluation,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the fund performance evaluation system and methods of the "comprehensive thinning" project.Based on this,this paper takes the construction of HN county's fund performance evaluation index system of "comprehensive book change" as the research object,after a brief overview of the research background,purpose and significance,and from the perspective of domestic and foreign research reality,analyzes the current situation,and understands that there is not a perfect evaluation system for practical work;secondly,in view of the relevant overview involved in this paper Based on the basic situation of HN county and the characteristics of the "comprehensive book reform" project,the paper analyzes the implementation status and existing problems of the project based on the "5E" audit theory.On this basis,it constructs the fund performance evaluation index system,and carries out the questionnaire on the importance of the index and uses the AHP to determine the weight.Finally,taking HN County as an example,the performance evaluation system of "comprehensive thinning" fund has been applied in practice.The results show that the fund performance of "comprehensive thinning" in HN county is more obvious,and good effect of poverty alleviation and intellectual support has been achieved.However,there is still much room for improvement in the process of carrying out the "comprehensive thinning" work and policy implementation.Based on this,the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.This paper focuses on the construction and application of the performance evaluation index system of HN county's "overall thinning" fund,hoping to provide new ideas for the performance evaluation of other regions' financial special funds.
