"Housewife Social Workers" In The Frontline Services And Their Service Specialization

Service-oriented government requires service as the core of the social governance value system and the focus of the government's functional structure.Facing the increasing basic needs of the people,professional social work is favored by the government as a new and modern service.Under this general trend of development,social work has high expectations for its professional character.In practice,social work organizations in various regions have expanded rapidly.Digging deeper into the front-line scenes of social work services,you will find married women who are engaged in front-line social work but also need to undertake household chores in non-professional social work backgrounds.I have to admit that this group lacks professional knowledge in social work,and the service technology is fragmented.Out of the essential requirements of social work specialization,how do social work organizations guide "housewife social workers" to combine their personal characteristics with social work specialization standards to effectively provide professional social services,that is,to achieve housewife"social work".This research focuses on how social work institutions can complete the process of "socialization" of housewives.We start from five aspects:(1)Why is the"socialization" of housewives more common in social work service institutions?(2)How does the social work organization balance the tension between the operating cost of the social work organization and the weak professional ability of the "housewife social worker"?(3)How does the package of capacity building and "discipline" technology around "housewife social workers" affect the service process and effectiveness?(4)How do "Housewife Social Workers" feel and react to the socialization process?(5)Is there a gap between housewives' "social work" and the service professionalism we emphasize?How do we recognize this gap?Based on the existing literature,this paper studies the process of "social work" of housewives by using the L social work institution in Chengdu as a research model.The study found that:1.The "socialization of housewives" of the housewife is a reality-based choice of the social work organization,the "housewife social worker",and the contracting party,and is the result of "collusion".2.Social work organizations take various effective measures in the recruitment,service,and evaluation links to complete the "social work" of housewives.The biggest feature is the effective combination of the personality characteristics of "housewife social workers" and the specialization of social work.3.In the process of realizing the "social work" of housewives,the "housewife social workers" felt that the professional comprehensive ability and self-worth have been improved,and they also felt the deprivation of their work autonomy by the professional regulations."Housewife social workers" will adopt different strategies to respond to"social work" according to their own feelings.4.From the level of social work organization,the realization of housewife "social work" can achieve the expected effect of the project and effectively avoid potential risks;strengthen the professional strength of social work institutions to ensure the provision of professional services;also benefit"housewife social work" and social work Consensus is reached among the organizations to ease the conflict between the two and enhance the internal cohesion of the organization.From a long-term perspective of social development,it is conducive to improving the social status of "housewives" and the society's prejudice against this group.
