One hundred years,education,education,teacher-oriented.With the curriculum reform of higher education and the need of teacher quality specialization in China,China has issued a series of relevant education policies to improve the quality of teacher training.Through the interpretation of "ordinary institutions of higher learning undergraduate course professional teaching quality national standard"(2018)about the content of physical education professional,on how to build physical education professional,enhance the course connotation,optimize curriculum,on the basis of analysis of seven college physical education professional in Gansu province training objectives,curriculum and teaching practice,compared with the national standard analysis,find out the gap and problems.Therefore,this study based on the requirements of national standards,in Gansu province 7 ordinary university physical education professional personnel training scheme as the research object,the literature method,text analysis and expert interview method of talent training objectives,curriculum and education practice analysis,analyze the gap and the problem of the formation,explore the specific optimization opinions,to improve the Gansu province ordinary university physical education professional personnel training scheme provide the basis,for improving the physical education professional personnel training quality to provide reference.The study shows that : It is concluded that the training program of physical education in Gansu Province and its characteristics are not obvious;students do not pay enough attention to "practical innovation ability" and "social service ability" in the training specifications;in the curriculum architecture,some courses are not accurate,the percentage of compulsory courses is significantly higher than the elective courses,and the flexibility is not enough;in practical education,it has short period and few types.Optimization strategy: improve the training objectives according to the social needs,focus on reflecting the professional characteristics;encourage students to participate in competitions,emphasize the importance of professional qualification;adjust the curriculum structure and improve the curriculum setting;pay attention to the educational practice,and strengthen the process supervision and management. |
