Through physical exercise to enhance the health and the healthy growth of young people is related to the future of the country and the nation.How to guide students to develop healthy living habits,build a strong body,prevent myopia,obesity and other diseases is particularly important.In recent years,the physical health of middle school students has been widely concerned by the whole society.In response,the state council issued the opinions of the state council on the implementation of the health China action in July 2019,and the state council also issued the plan of the health China action(2019-2030)at the national level,which clearly proposed the implementation of the health promotion action in primary and secondary schools,and made specific arrangements for the objectives and measures of the action.It is clearly stated that by 2022 and 2030,the excellent and good rates of national students'physical health standards will reach 50%or more and 60%or more respectively.The formulation and implementation of relevant policies and measures are the external environmental factors to promote students' physical health.External factors play a significant role in promoting students' health through internal factors.Under the background that external environmental factors do not play a significant role in promoting students'health at present,we should explore the driving role of internal factors and internal factors on external factors.Therefore,this paper explores the relationship between psychological need satisfaction and physical exercise behavior of middle school students in the framework of self-determination theory and how to promote middle school students to participate in physical exercise behavior more actively.Through the method of random stratified sampling,I selected some middle and high school students in Hubei as the research object and implemented the scale test.710 questionnaires were issued and recovered,then sorting out invalid questionnaires,obtaining 615 valid questionnaires finally,with 86.6%effective rate.Excel2007 and SPSS23.0 were used for data collation and statistical analysis.Factor analysis,reliability and validity test,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other mathematical statistical methods were used to process the data.The following conclusions are drawn:1.The physical exercise behavior of middle school students has no significant difference in gender,grade and whether they are only children.According to my analysis,this is determined by the environmental characteristics of middle school students' study and life.Middle school students mainly spend their time in school.Due to the pressure of entering a higher school,physical exercise is mainly arranged by the school and supplemented by exercise in their spare time.And school physical exercise is mostly regardless of gender and grade and whether or not the only child.2.Middle school students are still in the primary stage of understanding the benefits brought by physical exercise behavior.Middle school students believe that their favorite physical exercise behavior is healthy and will also bring about changes in appearance.There is also confusion about extrinsic motivations for exercise,such as sociability and ability.However,it is clear whether the physical exercise behavior of middle school students is for their own pleasure or for external social needs.3.From the perspective of psychological need satisfaction,the physical exercise behavior of middle school students in adolescence is mainly for the purpose of showing their ability to do physical exercise.This is very enlightening to encourage the physical exercise of middle school students.Middle school physical education teachers should try their best to encourage and demonstrate the physical exercise of middle school students through a variety of channels and platforms,in order to more effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of middle school students physical exercise.
