Research On The Cultivation Optimization Of Physical Education Professionals From The Perspective Of Core Accomplishment

Founded in physical education major in our country has trained numerous sports talents fostered a large number of physical education teachers,in particular,but with the development of economy and the transformation of the society,unit of choose and employ persons to our professional knowledge,quality and ability demand structural changes have taken place,began to favor the strong professional and higher comprehensive qualities of students.The Chinese students to develop the core literacy education concept of echo and carry out the party and the country of the overall requirements of talent training,adhere to "people's all-round development" as the starting point,takes student's cultural background,scientific spirit,learning to learn,healthy living,bear responsibility,the comprehensive cultivation of practical innovation to build our country into a education power,human resources,power,and promote the competitiveness of the international talent to provide a theoretical reference.This study using the literature material method,logic analysis and expert interview method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,survey and collates the Beijing sports university,Shanghai sports institute,ningbo university,suzhou university,jishou university,huazhong normal university,henan normal university,hunan normal university,hunan university of technology,hunan institute of humanities science and technology institute of southern hunan,hunan liberal arts college,a total of 12 colleges and universities sports education professional training objectives,training specifications,curriculum,practice teaching and other aspects of the data,On the basis of reference to the framework of core literacy of Chinese students' development,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of talent training of physical education specialty by using the theory of comprehensive development of human beings and system theory,and puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the talent training inphysical education from the perspective of core qualities theory.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Colleges and universities pay more attention to the cultivation of students' practical and innovative qualities in the development of training objectives.In terms of training specifications,colleges and universities have diversified requirements on students in terms of literacy knowledge,basic quality and basic ability.In terms of course setting,the proportion of required course credits is relatively high,the number of elective courses is relatively low,the number of general education courses is relatively low,and the number of innovation and entrepreneurship courses,humanities courses and health courses is insuffieient.In the aspect of practical teaching,social practice is insufficient,and the time arrangement of teaching practice and paper design is almost the same.(2)The content of the training objective is not comprehensive and the orientation is vague.There are insufficient requirements for cultivating knowledge of specifications and qualities,which affect the cultivation of students' core qualities,the lack of quality requirements of learning and learning literacy and international vision,and the neglect of the cultivation of some basic abilities.The unreasonable curriculum structure reflects the traditional teaching thinking,the lack of humanities courses and innovative courses in general courses,and the lack of health education courses in professional core courses.The lack of social practice hinders the improvement of students' social adaptation ability,the unreasonable time arrangement,and the insufficient cultivation of practical and innovative qualities and scientific and spiritual qualities.(3)From the perspective of core quality,the following optimization measures are put forward for the cultivation of talents in physical education major:to formulate the goal of cultivating talents with multiple caliber in physical education to promote the overall development of students in this major;Design "distinct" training specifications to improve the comprehensive quality of students of the major;Add humanities courses,innovative courses and health courses,pay attention to the cultivation of students' core quality;Carry out the practice of"diversified and reasonable" to improve the practical and innovative quality of students of this major.
