A Study On Improving The Practical Ability Of Geography Of Senior High School Students By Using Modern Technology

The modernization of education is inseparable from the application of modern technology,and the cultivation of students' practical ability of geography needs the support of modern technology.Based on the teaching activities of geography elective course in Yunyang Middle School of Shiyan City,this paper discusses the application advantages of modern technology in the cultivation of students' practical ability of geography,analyzes the shortcomings in the application of modern technology and puts forward suggestions for improvement in combination with the questionnaire survey of students and teachers.In the research,literature analysis method,case analysis method and questionnaire survey method are comprehensively used.The research results of this paper have practical significance for guiding Yunyang middle school in Shiyan City to further enhance the application value of modern technology to promote the cultivation of geography practice of senior high school students.And the methods and research thinking flow proposed in the research can also be used for similar senior high school research.The problem of cultivating students' practical ability in geography provides indirect reference,which extends the research value of this paper from a single category to other high schools besides the cases.This paper discusses the application of modern technology in the cultivation of students' practical ability in geography from six parts.Combined with the questionnaire survey,related literature analysis and the evaluation data of students' satisfaction,it draws the following conclusions:first of all,in the practical activities of geography teaching in senior high school,the advantages of using modern technology to improve the practical ability of geography of senior high school students mainly include:the cultivation of practical ability in geography teaching The advantages of resources,the improvement of the practice of traditional geography practice training teaching,create a relaxed learning atmosphere of geography practice training.Secondly,there are the following problems in the promotion of high school students' practical ability of geography by modern technology:geography teachers' cognition of modern technology in the cultivation of practical ability of geography is insufficient,the professional skills of using modern technology to implement practical teaching of geography are insufficient,and the necessary supporting conditions are lacking.Thirdly,in view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the improvement suggestions of using modern technology to improve the geographical practice of senior high school students.The specific needs are to fully understand the impact of technological change from the change of concept,strengthen the training of teachers to enhance the ability of using modern technology to implement teaching,and strengthen the multi-level support for the application of modern technology.Finally,according to the analysis of teaching practice cases,it can be seen that the introduction of modern technology into the teaching of geographical practice can effectively improve the cultivation of students' geographical practice compared with the traditional mode,so as to promote the overall improvement of students' geographical core literacy;in the process of using modern technology to cultivate senior high school students' geographical practice,on the one hand,students should be encouraged to be independent On the other hand,it also needs to give necessary guidance,to avoid two extremes;teachers' application skills of modern technology are directly related to the success or failure of teaching activities,so teachers must first strengthen the promotion of self skills.
