Men's physique,as a competitive bodybuilding campaign in a new competition project,also a sport that make the whole body to obtain the most comprehensive development,the proportion of coordination,full of beautiful muscles,the whole body shape to achieve pleasing Appearance of the form,at the same time have a clear muscle lines and muscle separation of the movement.A good athlete should pay attention to the proportion of the whole body in the attention of the muscle volume and circumference,so as to achieve good visual effect and achieve excellent results in the game.In our current stage of physical training,because the trainers do not understand their physical condition,lack of scientific theoretical guidance in the training,lack of knowledge about the relevant knowledge theory,training is full of personal experience and imitation,training effect is not good.In this study,six college students' physical fitness athletes were trained by routine training methods and targeted training methods.The changes of the indexes of the subjects before and after the training were tracked,and the training effect was evaluated.Of the scientific training to provide guidance.The conclusions are as follows:First,through the training results show that after the end of the training,body shape,muscle mass and lean body weight,chest circumference,waist circumference,hip circumference,upper arm circumference,leg,waist and hip ratio,chest and waist ratio and other aspects of physical indicators Improvement is better than conventional training methods,better development of the training of the body proportion and appearance of the coordination,more suitable for fitness standards and aesthetic.Second,the training program proposed in this study is more effective than the conventional training program and has some practicality.The conventional program is degraded in training quality due to the inability of the physical condition to keep up with the training intensity.The training program is designed to maintain the good strength and strength of the training from the beginning to the end,and to ensure the high quality of the training.Third,the comprehensive training to use a variety of training techniques and programs,pay attention to all-round multi-angle,in strict accordance with the norms of technical action training,pay attention to the coordinated development of the body,the appearance of the appearance of the body is always more important than the size of the muscle,Strengthen the weak training,attention to training may occur in the damage.
