Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,China's primary and secondary school education system has been increasingly improved,and the performance assessment of local primary and secondary school teachers has been continuously improved,which is inseparable from the state's implementation of policies suitable for the development of primary and secondary schools by stages and priorities.Since January 2009,China's primary and middle schools have implemented the performance-based pay system during the period of compulsory education,and many schools have explored and experimented in teacher performance evaluation.At present,although not all primary and middle schools in QA county implement the teacher performance salary system for examination,the domestic education system is undergoing in-depth reform,and the QA school keeps growing.The composition of full-time teachers in the school changes greatly,so there is a new demand for full-time teachers in management.QA middle school began to conduct experiments on the performance evaluation of full-time teachers,but there are still many problems to be solved in guiding thinking,specific link operation and system guarantee of the evaluation.Therefore,the study on teacher performance appraisal of QA middle school has a certain influence on the teacher management of this school and similar schools.Based on the theories of performance appraisal and teacher performance appraisal,this paper starts from the basic situation of QA middle school and studies the status quo of performance appraisal of full-time teachers in this middle school,including the brief introduction of QA middle school and the current performance appraisal of full-time teachers in QA middle school.Through the investigation of the performance evaluation of full-time teachers in QA middle school,it can be seen that in the performance evaluation of full-time teachers in QA middle school,there is still a lack of guidance for teachers due to the singleness of some evaluation subjects.The important index of performance appraisal is not grasped accurately;Performance appraisal without good long-term communication;Performance appraisal management is not accurate and other problems.In addition,this paper analyzes the performance appraisal of full-time teachers in two typical and referential schools at home and abroad.Finally,the author puts forward to enlarge the scope of examination subject to achieve the purpose of examination.Timely modify and improve the relevantindicators in the assessment plan;Create a good atmosphere to enhance communication and feedback;Strengthen the management of teacher performance appraisal and other countermeasures.
