With the rapid popularization of higher education,the Employment Situation of college graduates is becoming more and more serious.With the popularization of information network technology,there are many information network platforms for College Students' employment Guidance Service.A survey of the Employment Guidance Websites of many colleges and universities in China shows that the employment guidance methods currently used by colleges and universities are rather old,generally using class teaching system,expert Lecture System,Network Consultation System,etc.,due to the limited number and energy of the entity teachers,the idea of individualized training is missing,and the aim is not enough,so we can not teach one to one according to one's aptitude Lack of effective information collection and analysis of students after job-hunting,ignoring the employment guidance information disk and other issues.Therefore,how to effectively carry out precision employment training has become an urgent need for college students to highly effective employment guidance.Using the information-based training idea to carry out the guidance activities of employment ability has gradually become an important means of training students' employment knowledge and skills in colleges and universities at home and abroad,therefore,this paper puts forward the model of college students' precise employment guidance and designs it as an example.First of all,the theoretical basis of precision employment design process is studied.In-depth analysis of the characteristics of college students' learning,rational planning of employment guidance program,in order to improve training efficiency.Secondly,the construction of College Students Precision Employment Guidance Model.This paper studies the working process of the employment guidance for college students,determines the principles of constructing the precise employment guidance model for college students,analyzes the design ideas and training mechanism of the model,and constructs the overall structure of the precise employment guidance model for college students,this paper expounds the composition of the model in detail,analyzes the characteristics of the model,and provides a complete theoretical guidance for the precise employment guidance of college students.Finally,the design of College Students Precision Employment Guidance System and verify the effectiveness of application.Based on the precise employment guidance model for college students,this paper designs and develops the precise employment guidance system for college students,and applies it to the daily work of employment guidance for college students,through the training system to help train the trainees job skills and interview skills,to improve the success rate,save trainees time and other purposes.In the system,the expert reasoning technology is used to design the virtual teacher,which realizes the individuation and precise customization of the employment guidance scheme,and makes the employment guidance process adapt to the learners' own characteristics and learning needs.The results show that the design of precise employment guidance model can effectively improve the success rate of college students,reduce the time needed and reduce the cost of teachers.
