The arrival of the fourth industrial revolution has profoundly changed the industrial structure and production methods around the world.As an important part of strategic implementation,local engineering colleges and universities shoulder the important responsibility of cultivating advanced applied talents for the country and the region,and the young teachers undertake the key mission of fulfilling responsibilities.However,according to relevant data,the teaching ability of young teachers in local engineering colleges still not adapt the development needs at current stage.In order to solve this problem,this research combines previous research results,according to the current requirements of a series of contemporary documents on teacher team building and revitalization plan,conduct a practical survey of the problems existing in the development of teaching abilities of young teachers in local engineering colleges,to explore the development situation of young teachers' teaching abilities in local engineering colleges,It analyzes the problems existing in the teaching ability of young teachers in local engineering colleges,which mainly includes four aspects:attach importance to introduction but ignore cultivation,resulting in an incomplete training system;insufficient education indicators,lead not scientific evaluation mechanism;weak participation of teachers and students,lead to imperfect management system;lack of spiritual needs,leads to inefficient incentives,based on the above analysis and in combination with China's national conditions,drawing on the representative teaching experience of young teachers in German applied science and technology universities,This study further proposes four strategies:The single model of the training system should be optimized,improve the key links of the evaluation mechanism,improve teaching management operation system,pay attention to the internal needs of the incentive mechanism,In this way,we can promote the overall improvement of the teaching level of young teachers in local engineering colleges anduniversities,and cultivate more and stronger high-quality talents for China's new engineering construction and industrial development.
