Advancing a ordinary high school characteristics construction is the important strategic decision of the development of high school in our country, especially in 2010 our nation issued the 《national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outlines (2010-2020)》, in order to speed up diversified development of ordinary high school to proceed the top design, all over the country has adopted a series of major initiatives, has made remarkable achievements, but about how to deepen the ordinary high school characteristics construction, meet the diverse needs of the socialist modernization of talent, all need deep exploration, there is some confusion whether in theory or in practical level, urgently needs to be based on the research of practice orientation, which lead the direction of the ordinary high school characteristics construction, to solve the concrete problems in the course of the construction of school-running characteristics, improve the scientificity, possibility and practicability of ordinary high school characteristics construction in the round. This paper is on the basis of identify relevant concepts from the theoretical exploration of school-running characteristics, combing historical experience of ancient and modern, Chinese and foreign characteristics, probes into the impossible enlightenment,and comprehensively analyses the factors hinder the formation of school characteristics based on the Status of the current ordinary high school characteristics construction and especially the existing problems. The full text puts forward the basic strategy and practical path of ordinary high school characteristics construction. The full text consists of four parts.The first part (chapter 1,introduction). Mainly through the analysis of the trend of education policy in China and the development needs of ordinary high school, put forward why choose this topic. Expounds the significance of thesis research from two aspects of theory and practice this paper, at the same time, studied the domestic and foreign scholars on the achievements of the construction of school-running characteristics and understand the current research progress of ordinary high school characteristics and room for further research, and puts forward the the author of ideas and methods in the thesis study.The second part (chapter 2, chapter 3). Mainly study the basic theory of ordinary high school characteristics. This thesis obtains from the concept of school-running characteristics research, characteristics of running a school has carried on the analysis, this paper discusses the characteristics of uniqueness and integrity, value, stability, process and main characteristics, such as value orientation, analyses the basic characteristics of average high school structure (elements), explores the main mode of the current ordinary high school characteristics, and through the study of ordinary high school history and experience of enlightenment of school running characteristics, to explore characteristics of average high school has provided the beneficial experience and reference.The third part (chapter 4, chapter 5). Mainly studied the present situation of the current our country ordinary high school characteristics construction and the existing problems, and analyzes the internal and external factors of preventing the formation of school characteristics of average high school in depth. To solve the problems existing in the specialty construction and explore the countermeasures to broaden the idea of the construction of school-running characteristics.The fourth part (chapter 6). The main research is about basic strategies and practical path of the construction of school-running characteristics of average high school. Thesis puts forward the basic strategy of school characteristics construction of average high school mainly around four aspects:the top design, the construction of the contingent of teachers, school-based curriculum development and teaching characteristics studies. In order to improve the effect of school characteristics construction, the author from the independent innovation, breakthroughs made in key areas and overall improve the three aspects to explore the creation path of practice of school running characteristics, pointed out the direction of the ordinary high school characteristics construction.
