The ecological problems caused by "extensive economic development mode" and bad ecological behaviors have become the "roadblocks" for the sustainable development of China's economy and society.In recent years,our Party and government have paid high attention to the construction of ecological civilization.On the one hand,they are committed to providing the people with a "blue sky,green earth,clean water and good air" production and living environment.On the other hand,they advocate to improve the ecological civilization quality of all citizens through ecological civilization education.Junior high school students are in a special stage of growth,the psychological development is not mature,their ecological civilization concept and behavior are vulnerable to the impact of family,society and other surrounding environment,so they urgently need effective guidance and help of school ecological civilization education.As a comprehensive course aiming at guiding and promoting the moral character development of junior high school students,moral and rule of law course in junior high school shoulders the mission of cultivating socialist builders and successors with high ecological civilization literacy.This paper takes the ecological civilization education in the moral and rule of law teaching of junior middle school as the research object,and adopts three research methods:literature research,empirical research and text analysis.Besides the preface,three parts are studied.The first part expounds the intention of ecological civilization education,the theoretical basis and ideological resources to support the research,and analyzes the significance and the characteristic of infiltrating ecological civilization education in junior high school moral and rule of law teaching from the perspective of practical needs.The second part is to investigate the present condition of the infiltration of ecological civilization education in moral and rule of law teaching through questionnaire survey and practice experience,and analyze the survey results to find out the existing problems and reasons.The third part is from education environment,teaching methods,teaching material content and curriculum resources to put forward strategies that can enhance the effect of ecological civilization teaching,and strive for the smooth development of ecological civilization education in junior high school moral and rule of law education,so as to promote the development of ecological civilization construction in China.
