The paradoxical job demands proposed by the organization toward employees' daily work will not only affect their paradox mindset on workday,but also further affect employees' creativity at work.This study collected the data from 86 employees across 10 consecutive working days by experience sampling method.The multilevel data analysis showed that:(1)daily paradoxical job demands set by the organization is positively with their employee creativity on workday;(2)daily employees paradox mindset significantly mediates the effect of paradoxical job demands on employees' creativity at wok;(3)compared with low-level perceived organizational support,high-level perceived organizational support has a stronger moderation role in the relationship between paradox mindset and employees' work creativity.The exploration of the dynamic relationship between paradoxical job demands,paradox mindset and employees' creativity,as well as the cross-level moderation role of perceived organizational support,is helpful to clarify the mechanism and boundary conditions of the effect of paradoxical job demands proposed by organizations on employees' creativity,but also enrich the relevant research of organizational paradoxes.
