Over the past four decades since the reform and opening up,China has witnessed rapid economic and social development,increasing national comprehensive national strength and remarkable improvement of people's living standards.Since the 18th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the party and the government have always given priority to education,made it a fundamental task to cultivate people with moral integrity,and worked hard to train socialist builders and successors who are well developed morally,intellectually,physically and aesthetically.Junior high school is a critical period of great changes in students' psychology and physiology,as well as the formation of students' outlook on life,world view and values.This stage is particularly important for students' moral education and influence.Literature investigation and teaching practice,more on the study of students' moral development,but more focused on the research students themselves,the school environment construction influence on students'moral development is less,so this article on the school environment to study the influence of junior high school students' moral development,hope to improve the school environment,perfecting the rules and regulations,improve interpersonal relationships,optimize the classroom environment and a series of measures to help students set up the correct outlook on life,world outlook,values,and gradually become "have ideal,morality,culture and discipline of students,to the standards of the students to better practice the socialist core values,We will make our contribution to building a strong,prosperous,democratic,civilized,harmonious and beautiful modem socialist country.At the same time,it becomes one of the resources available for the construction of school moral education,and provides corresponding strategies and methods for the moral development of regional junior high school students.This article USES the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and other research methods,in the junior high school students' moral development as the research object,star bay school in suzhou industrial park,suzhou industrial park,school,suzhou industrial park hui school stars as investigation object,the school in suzhou industrial park star bay as experimental object,by improving the school environment construction,the research of the influence on students' moral development,and the experimental effect were investigated,and conclusions are as follows:1.According to the investigation on the environment of junior high school,students are "relatively satisfied" with the six dimensions of "rules and regulations,material environment,interpersonal relationship,classroom environment,campus cultural environment and information environment" in the school environment,while "very satisfied" accounts for less.Most of the teachers' surveys of the six dimensions are in the"very satisfied" state,but some are still in the "relatively satisfied" state.2.According to the investigation of the current situation of junior high school students' moral development,it is known that students' moral cognition has a good development in the dimension of "loving the motherland";In the dimension of "honesty standard",the honesty standard in the real world is much higher than that in the online world.The dimensions of "friendly cooperation,independent self-care,firm determination and innovation" are relatively few and need to be improved.3.The construction of school environment needs to be formulated and implemented through a series of measures,such as improving corridor culture,building function rooms,building scenery greening,perfecting rules and regulations,improving teacher-student relationship,building communication Bridges,optimizing classroom environment,and creating characteristic culture,so as to have a good effect on students' moral development.4.The improvement of the school environment junior high school students can be more "love the motherland," in reality and the network life can do "integrity specification",is that others can do it "friendly cooperation" in a relationship,to grow up alone can do it"independent self-care",comparing phenomenon and other seductions can "determined","innovation" in dealing with problems can make.5.The construction of the school environment,to help students set up the correct outlook on life,world outlook,values,and gradually become "have ideal,morality,culture and discipline of students,to the standards of the students to better practice the socialist core values,together for a prosperous,democratic,civilized and harmonious,beautiful socialist modernization power contribute an own strength!...
