The purpose of this study is to try a more effective method of vocational moral education,vocational moral is the most basic factor that determines the development of one's career.With the development of China's economic construction,the phenomenon of relatively lagging spiritual civilization has gradually become prominent.Strengthening the construction of moral civilization is the foundation of a country's sustainable development.At present,our country attaches great importance to moral education in terms of policy.In February 2019,The State Council issued the National Implementation Plan for the Reform of Vocational Education,stating that:"To fulfill the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality,to improve the education mechanism that combines moral skills with practice and the combination of work and study,improve the evaluation mechanism and standardize the whole process of talent training." Under the influence of technicism and instrumentalism,it is normal for vocational colleges to emphasize skills over cultural and moral education.Since the reform and opening up,Chinese scholars continue to call for the importance of professional ethics,but on a practical level it has had little effect.At present,the teaching methods of professional ethics education in vocational colleges are outdated and the teaching content is out of touch with the reality,Student engagement is low and the teaching effect is insufficient.Group training is a form of psychological counseling in a group setting.Due to the interaction of group activity forms,group counseling plays a role in improving students' mental health and shaping their quality,group training plays a role in improving students' mental health and shaping their quality.And based on that,this paper tries to introduce the group training method into the professional ethics education and puts forward some feasible Suggestions on the practice of the vocational moral education through the action research method.The main issues of the research are as follows:how to effectively educate students on vocational moral through group training,what problems and difficulties exist in professional ethics education through group training and how to solve them.This study is divided into four parts:The first part,introduction.This part introduces the background,research significance,literature review and theoretical basis of the topic.It is found that the research on professional ethics education is lack of pertinence and innovation,and the practice of professional ethics education is also lack of effectiveness.The second part,research design.This paper introduces the research objectives and contents,the research objects and researchers,the selection of research methods,the collection and analysis of data.This study conducted many group training activities for 16 students who volunteered to participate in a 5-year higher vocational college.It adopted the action research method of natural spiral mode and collected data through questionnaire,observation,interview and material analysis.The third part,action research and implementation.It includes the selection of group training topics,the planning of three rounds of group training programs,the implementation process of action research,evaluation and feedback of activities,observation and analysis,and problem reflection.Finally,the results of professional ethics education based on group training were analyzed by using interview method and questionnaire method.The fourth part,the conclusion and the reflection suggestion.On the one hand,the paper discusses the value of action research method in this research topic and puts forward some Suggestions.Through three rounds of action research practice,it is shown that,for professional ethics education,action research is an important way to realize people-oriented education research,and the only way to guide practice,and at the same time,it is conducive to the reflection of teaching practice and the improvement of theory.In action research,we should pay attention to the selection of research methods based on problem orientation,conduct actions and observations around research issues,objective documentation of research issues,events,and emphasis on theoretical advancement.On the other hand,the advantages and boundaries of professional ethics education based on group training are discussed:Compared with the traditional classroom teaching method,group training is characterized by its enlightening content,practical method and interaction between teachers and students.This makes students more engaged,more interested,and more deeply experienced;However,as a kind of simulated practical activity,the form of group training is limited by the field limitation,and there are difficulties such as interactive passivity,effect lag,complexity of moral formation factors and value diversification.Based on this,this study puts forward strategies for the design and planning of group counseling activities,the promotion of group motivation,the growth of teachers and teaching students according to their aptitude,and further suggests that moral education should be based on the thinking method of human nature and cultivate professional moral quality through a variety of ways.
