Rural primary and junior middle school education is the basic project which can improve people's diathesis in our nation and it plays an important role in the whole national education, Strengthening rural primary and junior middle school education which is an important part of curricula reform is not only of the great help to the deepening of curricula theory but to the consummation of rural fundamental education. It can supply reference for the diathesis education and can train student's practical talent in the countryside.
