Rural primary and junior middle school education is the basic project which can improve people's diathesis in our nation and it plays an important role in the whole national education, Strengthening rural primary and junior middle school education which is an important part of curricula reform is not only of the great help to the deepening of curricula theory but to the consummation of rural fundamental education. It can supply reference for the diathesis education and can train student's practical talent in the countryside. So according to the theory of the School-based Curriculum Development ,the dissertation analyses the background, the value of it and various difficulties we are facing. Based on the rational think, the writer put forward the principle, method and basic countermeasure of School-based Curriculum Development of rural primary and junior middle school.The dissertation consists of five parts.Part One is the introductory part. It introduces the object of study and the importance of the School-based Curriculum Development of Rural Primary and Junior Middle School .Part Two draws support from the internal and external achievement, and probes into the theory of intension and value, content and structure , conditions and safeguard.
