Satisfaction Survey Of Bycicle Tourism In Qiandao Lake

This study takes the cycling satisfaction of qiandao lake as the research object,and the cycling tourists of qiandao lake as the research object to carry out the survey on the cycling satisfaction of qiandao lake,and from the perspective of tourist satisfaction,puts forward some Suggestions on the development of the cycling tourism of qiandao lake.Firstly,it summarizes the content and research results of domestic and foreign scholars on sports tourism,bicycle tourism,satisfaction evaluation model and satisfaction degree.Secondly,based on the American customer satisfaction evaluation model of ASCI,the satisfaction evaluation model of qiandao lake cycling was established,and the hypothesis was proposed according to the relationship between the variables of the model.The model was verified by correlation analysis,and the cycling satisfaction evaluation system of qiandao lake was established according to the cycling satisfaction evaluation model of qiandao lake.This paper summarized the cycling status quo of qiandao lake through field research and interviews,and then set the variables and evaluation indexes in the cycling satisfaction evaluation model of qiandao lake by combining literature review and interviews.Then,according to the variables,the qiandao lake cycling satisfaction evaluation questionnaire was set.Finally,a questionnaire was issued to assess the satisfaction of cycling tourists in qiandao lake,and factor analysis was carried out.Finally,the 22 indicators of satisfaction assessment of cycling tourism in qiandao lake were divided into five factors: "cycling reception service","cycling supporting facilities","cycling public service facilities","natural environment" and "memorial facilities".A questionnaire was issued on the importance of the cycling satisfaction evaluation index of qiandao lake,and the importance of each index was judged.The weighted average method was used to calculate the weight of each index and the cycling satisfaction index of qiandao lake.The IPA model is used to analyze the evaluation indicators,and the results show that the three indicators in the second quadrant(the main disadvantage area)are as follows: cycling safety guarantee service,adequate and clean public toilets along the routes,convenient,sanitary and comfortable accommodation,which need to be strengthened and improved.Each index of natural environment factor is in the first quadrant(main advantage area),which reflects the main advantage of qiandao lake cycling tourism.The indicators of the third quadrant(secondary advantage area)are all from the two factors of "cycling supporting services" and "cycling reception services".In addition of the lowest satisfaction five indicators are convenient accommodation and abundant health comfortable,along the toilet clean,bike rental prices and types,catering shops along the types and features,adequate,factor level "cycling hospitality services" and "cycling services" low comprehensive satisfaction,to improve both can improve the ride visitors' satisfaction.Based on the research and survey results and the IPA analysis results,Suggestions are given to improve the satisfaction: 1.Maintain the advantage of natural environment;2.Shape the cycling image and create the cycling atmosphere;3.Strengthen infrastructure construction of cycling tourism;4.Improve the security service of cycling;5.Innovate cycling products to fill in the weak spots in the off-season;6.Build a tourism sub-center and increase the development of entertainment projects;7.Lower the competition threshold and increase cycling interaction.
