With the development of China's economy and society,education has entered a fast track of development.According to the statistics released by the ministry of education in the statistical bulletin of the development of national education in 2018,in 2018 alone,the number of ordinary students and college students in China increased by 295,000 over the previous year.Such a rapid growth has made the number of college students increase year by year.In the face of the severe job market,more and more undergraduate students choose to take the postgraduate degree to continue to enrich and improve themselves.Among them,some students choose to study for different majors for a variety of reasons.Therefore,there is a phenomenon of "interdisciplinary graduate students" in the postgraduate group.Interdisciplinary graduate students are ubiquitous in every subject field,and in recent years,the phenomenon of applying for the master's degree in physical education in interdisciplinary is on the rise.Based on the above background,through the study of the current situation and existing problems of the cultivation mode of interdisciplinary sports postgraduates,this paper attempts to explore a more reasonable cultivation mode of interdisciplinary sports postgraduates in theory,so as to provide reference for the program formulation and process implementation of relevant training units.This paper studies the cultivation mode of interdisciplinary PE postgraduate students by using the methods of interview,literature review and case study,and takes the cultivation mode of PE postgraduate students in the author's school,Harbin normal university,as a case study.Analysis of interdisciplinary learning across the exam of postgraduate sports motivation,analyze the present situation of interdisciplinary training of postgraduate sports science,and respectively from the admissions process,training objectives,training methods,training,teaching method and quality evaluation system,etc.,it is concluded that the implementation of the interdisciplinary graduate student training mode of sports science effect and attribution analysis,build effective interdisciplinary graduate student training mode of sports science strategy.Research shows that: to improve the degree,for the future employment or to do a doctoral degree or knowledge reserve;Interest in physical education or good physical condition and foundation;It is difficult to find a job and take the postgraduate entrance examination in the corresponding major of undergraduate course.For other reasons such as popular cities,famous schools,conformity psychology,etc.,the choice is the reason for the current cross-examination of the master of physical education,among which the most concentrated cross-examination reason is the interest in physical education.At present,the current situation of interdisciplinary sports master's students is as follows: in the admission method of interdisciplinary sports master's students,there is a national unified examination for postgraduates,and no additional test for interdisciplinary sports master's students.In the aspect of training objectives,there is no distinction between the training objectives of interdisciplinary physical education postgraduate students;In the interdisciplinary sports postgraduate curriculum,the basic courses and elective courses do not distinguish between interdisciplinary;In terms of learning situation,full-time interdisciplinary physical education postgraduate students account for the main part,with strong thesis writing ability,low interest in sports,and limited knowledge in education practice.In the employment situation,the employment rate is poor,many interdisciplinary sports graduate students can not find the work related to sports,choose to engage in other industries.The training mode of cross-disciplinary master of physical education has achieved good results in operation,but there are still some problems: in terms of admission methods,in sports humanities and sociology and sports human science,there is a lack of professional skills in the second examination;In terms of training objectives,there is a lack of separate training objectives for interdisciplinary PE postgraduate students.In terms of training methods,there is a shortage of part-time interdisciplinary sports postgraduate students.In terms of the training process,there are some problems such as the lack of professional quality of interdisciplinary physical education postgraduate students,and the difficulty of unified management of interdisciplinary physical education postgraduate students in the course of professional skills.In terms of teaching methods,the teaching methods are relatively single.In the aspect of quality evaluation system,lack of scientific research ability and teaching ability of learning.According to the problems existing in the cultivation mode of interdisciplinary sports postgraduates,a reasonable cultivation mode of interdisciplinary sports postgraduates is proposed from the following aspects: improving the assessment and admission methods,and comprehensively investigating the professional level of interdisciplinary sports postgraduates;To determine the appropriate training objectives,leading the growth of interdisciplinary graduate students;The training methods should be diversified,and the personalized guidance and guidance should be strengthened.Optimize the training process,and lay a solid professional foundation for interdisciplinary graduate students;Implement flexible and diverse teaching methods to enhance the professional quality of interdisciplinary graduates.
