In recent years,campus violence,bullying and exclusion are emerging in an endless stream.The middle school children in vulnerable groups are still in the primary stage of interpersonal communication,lack of self-confidence and sensitive mind in the process of communication,which to a large extent affect their peer communication.Based on the project of "caring for life and health" of X organization,taking the May 25 th psychological month as an opportunity,taking the students of grade 3 and grade 4 of f primary school as the research object,the author analyzes the current situation of peer communication of students of grade3 and grade 4 of f primary school on the basis of on-the-spot investigation,combining with questionnaire survey,interview and participatory observation,and then analyzes the existence of peer exclusion The main causes of the problems are the shortcomings of the excluded,the bad family living environment,the survival of the fittest campus life,so combined with the analysis and interviews to assess the needs of their peer games,social needs and survival needs.Based on the analysis of the above situation,the author recruited 12 middle school childrenwith peer exclusion tendency in f primary school as the intervention objects,and carried out a seven time peer interaction ability improvement group.Under the guidance of group dynamics theory,interpersonal interaction analysis theory and social learning theory,it can reduce the incidence of peer exclusion and improve their peer communication ability.In the study of this paper,the author recorded the seven group activities and made a summary and evaluation after each group activity.After that,through questionnaire survey,self-evaluation of service objects and tracking with teachers,classmates and parents,the author finds that the service objects are weakened in peer exclusion and can communicate with peers normally to a certain extent.The author thinks that group social work is effective in enhancing the initiative of peer communication and reducing the psychological barriers of peer communication.However,there are still some difficulties and shortcomings in the process of group social work intervention.Therefore,the author also made the corresponding reflection and suggestions that we can improve our own cognition,pay attention to family accompanying education and reduce the non benign competition on campus,so as to reduce the problem of peer exclusion.
