| Purpose: The concept of kinetic chain training has been introduced into the field of sports training,but there is still a lack of systematic exposition on ’ why ’ to carry out kinetic chain training,and what and how to practice kinetic chain training.Practice needs theoretical support and theory needs improvement through practice.This study takes the mobile skills of volleyball as an example to explore the kinetic chain training method system of volleyball special mobile ability,aiming to promote the application of kinetic chain training theory in volleyball training practice,and effectively improve the special mobile ability of volleyball players,so as to provide reference for the application of kinetic chain training theory in training practice.Methods: In this study,literature,Delphi method,experimental method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,build and empirical volleyball special mobility power chain training method system.Result:(1)Theoretical research on the power chain training of volleyball special movement ability,found that the power chain training theory is mainly based on ’ action learning and control away ’ and ’ best competitive performance pyramid model ’;the function of power chain training includes ’ eliminating weak link ’,’ improving movement pattern ’ and ’ promoting the integration of technique and physical ability ’.The characteristic analysis of the power chain of volleyball special movement ability can be analyzed from the angle of ’ special action mode ’,’ special power chain action structure ’and ’ special power chain energy transfer ’.The process of power chain training includes four parts : ’ evaluation of power chain ’,’ determination of power chain training content ’,’power chain training cycle arrangement and load intensity setting ’,’ implementation and monitoring of power chain training ’.(2)The power chain training method system of volleyball special movement ability starts from the three ways of ’ basic movement mode improvement ’,’ physical quality improvement ’ and ’ mobile technology improvement ’,including 9 power chain training methods such as ’ starting movement practice ’,’ moving footwork practice ’ and ’ braking movement practice ’.The means of power chain training includes ’ moving between the abdomen before the return of the solid ball ’,’ combined with the ball signal left and right mobile block exercises ’,’ see the coach gestures multi-directional mobile exercises ’ and other 75 training methods.(3)10 subjects after 8 weeks of volleyball special mobility power chain training half-meter word movement test index(P = 0.003),kinetic stability test index(coordination P =0.023,stability P = 0.030)and power table test index(fast pedal frequency P = 0.013,squat jump take-off frequency P = 0.030,deep jump take-off frequency P = 0.016)before and after the experiment,the average value of the test index was improved,and the half-meter word movement score was significantly improved(P ≤ 0.001).Other test indicators were significantly improved(0.001 < P < 0.05).FMS test scores improved but did not reach significant difference(P = 0.051).Conclusion:(1)The power chain training theory of volleyball special movement ability includes four parts : basis,function,characteristic and process.The theoretical basis of the power chain training of volleyball special movement ability clarifies the theoretical premise of the power chain training method;the function of volleyball special moving ability power chain training answers the question of why power chain training should be carried out.The characteristics of power chain training of volleyball special movement ability reveal the characteristics of movement mode,power chain structure and energy transfer.The process of power chain training answers the question of ’ how to practice ’ in power chain training.(2)The methods and means system of power chain training of volleyball special moving ability starts from the three ways of ’ basic action mode improvement ’,’ physical quality improvement ’ and ’ mobile technology improvement ’,including 9 power chain training methods such as ’ starting action practice ’,’ moving footwork practice ’ and ’braking action practice ’.The power chain training method includes 75 specific training methods,such as ’ returning solid ball before moving abdomen ’,’ moving block practice with ball signal left and right ’,’ watching coaches gesture multi-directional movement practice ’,etc.,and answers the question of ’ what to practice ’ in the power chain training.(3)The 8-week kinetic chain training experiment of volleyball special movement ability of 10 volleyball college students shows that the indexes of volleyball special movement ability have been improved in different degrees.The experimental results show that the power chain training of volleyball specific mobility is conducive to the development of volleyball specific mobility of athletes. |
