Research Objectives: This paper aims at improving the jumping ability of young female volleyball players in Shaanxi Province,and explores the influence effect of cyclic training method and routine training method on the jumping ability of young female volleyball players in Shaanxi Province.Research objects and methods: In the experiment,22 athletes from Shaanxi Provincial Youth Women’s Volleyball Team were selected as the experimental subjects,and 22 athletes were randomly divided into two groups,with 11 people in each group.The experimental group adopted cyclic training method,while the control group adopted routine training method.The training time was 12 weeks.Eight indexes including SJ(half-squat jump),CMJ(reverse jump),touch height of in-place take-off,touch height of run-up take-off,standing long jump,triple frog jump,30-meter sprint,and squat 1RM were measured before,after 6 weeks and after the experiment.This paper mainly uses literature method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and so on.Results:1.After 6 weeks of training,there were no significant differences between the two groups in reverse jump,half squat jump,30 meter sprint,triple frog jump,approach touch height(P > 0.05),but there were significant differences in squat,and jump in place touch height(0.01 < P < 0.05).There were significant differences in standing long jump results(P < 0.01).2.After 12 weeks of training,the results of squat 1RM in the experimental group were significantly different(0.01 < P < 0.05).There were significant differences in reverse jump(CMJ),half squat jump(SJ),30 meter sprint,standing long jump,touch height of standing take-off and touch height of running take-off(P < 0.01).The eight test indexes of the control group were significantly different from those before the experiment(P < 0.01).3.After 12 weeks of training,the results of CMJ(reverse jump),SJ(half squat jump)and 30 meter sprint in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the results of squat,standing long jump,standing take-off and running take-off were slightly higher than those in the control group.In the control group,the improvement of this achievement was slightly higher than that in the experimental group.Conclusions:1.Both cyclic training method and routine training can improve the jumping ability of young female volleyball players in Shaanxi Province to a certain extent.But compared with the routine training,the circular training method can develop the overall ability of the athletes in a more balanced and comprehensive way,and improve the jumping ability of the athletes more effectively.The routine training method is lack of pertinence and comprehensive.2.Cycle training method is better than routine training in improving athletes’ vertical jumping ability,but there is no significant difference between the method and routine training in improving lateral jumping ability.3.The cycle training method has higher requirements for the combination of training means,the combination order and the basic strength of the athletes.4.Cycle training must continue for a period of time,at least two or more times a week,and for at least six weeks.
