National education reform has been keeping in peace with development of our country. Education mustn’t be adapted to the current needs of national development unless it is accustomed to development. Where education reform goes forward needs to be in the direction of the national education policy. So it is necessary to evaluate education. Compulsory Education Curriculum Standard is the basis for textbook writing, education teaching and evaluation on design of students’ academic examination. High School Entrance Examination, a kind of evaluation and recruitment exam in China, must be implemented in accordance with the national curriculum standard. So must the mathematics examination proposition keep principle that questions and curriculum standard is consistent.This research, using consistency analysis model of checking academic assessment and curriculum standard by the famous American educationist Weber of as a source of reference, selected high school mathematics exam questions in the year 2013, 2014 and 2015 of Q state, G province as the research object, and then analyzes curriculum standard consistency from four dimensions which are breadth, depth, types and distribution balance of knowledge in order to find out the differences on consistency between standard and examination in the area. This study is also a preliminary study on consistency analysis model between mathematics test and curriculum standard, hoping to provide the originator with teaching proposition and teaching advice. This research shows that proposition of High School Entrance Examination in the given area has a suitable coverage for knowledge and good consistency of knowledge key points while local knowledge is deficient; Besides, there exists the change that perspective and difficulty of knowledge key points are ascending. Research has shown that better knowledge coverage as a whole, local knowledge lacking, the emphasis of the examination examination for knowledge, good consistency, but exists the change of perspective and difficulty ascending trend. Questions to the students’ thinking ability and comprehensive ability to use knowledge to the student requirements, has gradually embodies the new curriculum standard requirement of cultivating the ability of development of students’ thinking and to use.
