Since the UNESCO World Conference on early childhood care and education put forward that "early childhood education is building wealth for the country",the view that preschool education is the driving force of social development rather than the burden has been recognized by more and more researchers.Preschool education,as an important stage of education,plays an important role in promoting the development of people and society.Private kindergartens are the main part of preschool education.Based on the rapid development of private kindergartens and the lack of research on kindergarten education quality,it is important to study the current situation and problems of private kindergartens in Anhui Province Practical value.The research on the current situation and connotation of early childhood education quality at home and abroad lays a good foundation for this study.However,there are few studies on the influencing factors of education quality and the relationship between them.In addition,the lack of research on the education quality of private kindergartens leaves room for exploration.Based on this,this study focuses on the current situation of the education quality of private kindergartens,through the relevant analysis and attribution,reveals the influencing factors and change reasons of the education quality of private kindergartens,in order to provide reference for the development of preschool education.Through the systematic review of relevant research at home and abroad,this paper systematically analyzes the existing research in the fields of education quality,private kindergartens and kindergarten education quality,summarizes the results of previous studies,and finds the deficiencies and deficiencies.Through investigation and analysis and comparison of existing research,in order to enrich the relevant theory,and provide evidence for the existing theory.Based on the investigation of 42 private kindergartens in Anhui Province,the results show that: the facilities and equipment are old,the planning of kindergartens is unreasonable;the care is not meticulous,the combination of protection and education is not thorough;the quality of activities is not high,and the needs of differences are ignored;the interaction of kindergartens is single,and the effective interaction is missing;the content of teaching is not scientific,and the participation of parents is low;the demand support of teachers is not enough,and the individual needs are ignored Question.Based on the analysis of the problems and phenomena,this paper puts forward to increase the support of private kindergartens,guide the development of kindergartens,improve the rules and regulations,strengthen the management of kindergartens,standardize the behavior of protecting and teaching,construct the scientific evaluation mechanism,advocate the group running of schools,establish the Alliance of preschool education,strengthen the training of private preschool teachers,improve the quality of teachers,support the cooperation of homes,and encourage parents Suggestions for active participation.However,the research tools and methods used in this study focus on the assessment and research of kindergarten environmental quality and process quality,lack of assessment and description of the result quality,leaving systematic defects for this research.In addition,due to the limitations of the professional quality of researchers,it is unable to fully ensure the objectivity and accuracy of each evaluation data.Only by using several people to measure at the same time to get the average score,try to eliminate the error.However,this method tends to lead to the convergence of evaluation values in different sample parks,leaving a regret for data collection and analysis.This research belongs to the preliminary exploration,and the conclusions are not deep enough.It belongs to the general research at the macro level,and the research on specific issues is still superficial.It will bring more space for further research in the future.
