In the report of the 19 th national congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping mentioned the rule of law many times.Guided by the goal of advancing the rule of law,China attaches more and more importance to the education of the rule of law.As the talent reserve of China's future development,junior high school students shoulder the important mission of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In reality,junior high school students have a weak sense of the rule of law,resulting in frequent cases of illegal crimes.It can be seen that the cultivation of junior high school students' awareness of the rule of law is crucial.The main position of students' learning is the classroom,so the middle school "morality and rule of law" classroom should become the main position of rule of law education.But in the actual teaching,the front-line teachers are confused about how to improve the students' awareness of the rule of law.Therefore,the paper focuses on starting from the analysis of the status quo of junior high school students' awareness of the rule of law,analyzes the reasons for its existence,and explores how to better improve teaching strategies to enhance junior high school students' awareness of the rule of law.Chapter one: The meaning,content and goal of junior high school students' legal consciousness.On the basis of defining the connotation of junior high school students' legal consciousness,this paper expounds the legal authority consciousness and the consciousness of rights and obligations that junior high school students' legal consciousness includes.The content of rule consciousness,procedure consciousness and so on four respects.At the same time,the third dimension goal of the education of junior high school students' awareness of the rule of law is pointed out according tothe outline of the legal education for teenagers.Chapter two: The status quo of junior high school students' legal consciousness.From the investigation and design of junior middle school students consciousness of rule of law,the general questionnaire and interviews,the sixth middle school teachers and students in combination with the data obtained,to understand the status quo of the current junior middle school students consciousness of rule of law,based on the status quo analysis of the current junior middle school students of the rule of law consciousness of the positive performance and the authority of law consciousness,rights and obligations are behind the lack of awareness,lack of students' consciousness of rules,the rule of law programs from four aspects such as the lack of consciousness of problems.Chapter three: The analysis of the causes of the problems of junior high school students' legal consciousness.Combined with the questionnaire data,this paper discusses the reasons from three aspects: insufficient demonstration and guidance of family rule of law education,insufficient atmosphere construction of social rule of law environment,and weak cultivation effect of school rule of law education.Chapter four: The teaching strategy of cultivating junior high school students' legal consciousness.From the aspect of students' learning situation,it is pointed out that students' learning situation should be fully considered to form a joint force with the family society.Aiming at the influence of exam-oriented educational thinking,this paper proposes to change the influence of exam-oriented educational thinking and change the new path of rule of law teaching.In view of the phenomenon that the knowledge and practice of the education of the rule of law is disjointed,this paper proposes to construct the classroom of the unity of knowledge and practice and improve the effectiveness of the teaching of the rule of law.In view of the fact that the rule of law teachers' quality is not high,this paper points out four teaching strategies to improve the rule of law teachers' quality and establish a new concept of rule of law teaching.
