Since the State Council officially promulgated the "Opinions of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of the Examination Enrollment System" in 2014,a new round of the examination enrollment system has been in full swing across the country.As the second batch of reform pilots in the country,Hainan Province promulgated the "Implementation Measures(Revision)of Hainan Province's Ordinary High School Proficiency Examination(Revision)" under the special circumstances of the province's students' academic conditions and examination traditions.There are many changes in the revision compared with the previous college entrance examination model.The shift system is implemented in the context of Hainan ' s new college entrance examination reform system.Through the teaching experience of the three-year high school — Huazhong Normal University Hainan Affiliated Middle School,it is found that the current high school ideological and political subjects are taught under the shift system of the new college entrance examination reform There are many problems: First,students are blindly choosing subjects,it is difficult to change the learning mode,and the learning effect is not good;second,teachers 'teaching concepts are lagging,traditional teaching methods and passive classroom control cannot be ignored;third,current thinking The construction of political lessons can't keep up with the pace of reform in terms of discipline emphasis,teaching resources and evaluation system.After analyzing the problems of the three subjects,it is found that the influencing factors of the problems in the high school ideological and political disciplines underthe shift system are as follows: First,the students' limited cognitive ability of the disciplines and themselves,the fixed thinking of learning and the rigidity of learning methods;The second is teachers' breakthrough and lack of motivation awareness,poor use of teaching aids and teaching materials,and poor ability in coordinated teaching management.The third is the complex construction environment inside and outside the ideological and political disciplines,insufficient resources construction capacity and curriculum construction capacity.After analyzing the influencing factors of the students,teachers and curriculum construction under the current shift system,the author proposes the following improvement measures: In the aspect of students,it is necessary to guide them to rationally choose subjects based on the combination of learning interests and abilities,and to guide them to correctly understand the learning thoughts.The value of the political discipline also requires students to change their ideological and political learning methods in response to the college entrance examination reform and pay attention to the feedback of the students ' ideological and political education in a timely manner;in terms of teachers,both the in-depth study and interpretation of reform policies to change teaching concepts and the continuous innovation of ideological and political courses Teaching methods to stimulate students 'interest in learning,and at the same time implement the responsibility of class supervision to strengthen ideological and political classroom management;in the course construction and construction,it is necessary to create a good atmosphere conducive to the development of ideological and political courses and to improve the teaching resources of ideological and political subjects For hard and soft facilities,a comprehensive and scientific ideological and political curriculum evaluation system must be constructed.
