Employment is the biggest livelihood,college students are the most valuable talent resources,how to make these most valuable and potential talent resources into human capital,to promote China's economic development and social progress.Human resource service companies should innovate their business models from multiple perspectives,such as college students,enterprises and universities,so as to provide college students recruitment services with higher quality.A human resource service company focuses on serving college students' job hunting and enterprise recruitment,and actively builds A two-way service platform between college students and enterprises.With the development of the market economy,the company has gradually carried out on-site recruitment,online recruitment,agency recruitment,college students' internship,college students' employment consulting and other services.With the increasing difficulty of employment for enterprises and college students,more and more human resource service companies are turning to college students' recruitment business,and the traditional business model of human resource service companies has been unable to meet the needs of college students' recruitment business.This thesis mainly focuses on the topic of "A research on the business model of college student recruitment of human resource service company".By carefully studying relevant literature at home and abroad and taking A human resource service company as the background,the thesis aims at the problems existing in the business model of college student recruitment of the company and explores effective methods of the business model of recruitment.Firstly,through questionnaire survey,interview and other methods,this paper analyzes the needs of clients of college student recruitment business to human resource service company.Secondly,based on the survey,this paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation of the business model of college student recruitment of A human resource service company to find the existing problems.In view of the problem,combined with the actual situation ofthe recruitment work of A human resources service company,this paper makes A deep and targeted analysis by using the relevant management theory knowledge.Finally by analyzing related literature at home and abroad,draw lessons from domestic and foreign advanced practice of other companies,to develop A human resource service company college students recruitment business model the best optimization scheme,to improve college students' recruitment business model in shortage,improve the effectiveness of the college student recruiting business model,the present situation of the difficulty in hiring and employment difficult,and help enterprises to A more healthy and steady development.At the same time,I hope this study can provide some inspirations for the business model of college student recruitment of human resource service companies.
