The characteristic running of ordinary high schools is the new direction of the reform and development of ordinary high schools in our country.In 2017,the key plan for the popularization of high school education(2017-2020),issued by the ministry of education and other four departments,further proposed that "schools should be more distinctive in their characteristics and more attractive".It is urgent to strengthen the system construction from the realistic dilemma of running a school with characteristics in ordinary high schools.This study takes the characteristic running system of ordinary high schools in hainan province as the research object.On the basis of theoretical analysis of the characteristic running system of ordinary high schools,it analyzes the status quo,problems and causes of the characteristic running system of ordinary high schools in hainan province,and puts forward suggestions for optimizing the characteristic running system of ordinary high schools.This study is divided into the following parts:The first chapter is the theoretical analysis of the characteristic school running system of ordinary high schools.From the point of view of necessity,the construction of characteristic school running system in ordinary high schools can improve the implementation of policies and is the basic guarantee of characteristic school running.From the point of view of importance,the construction of characteristic school running system in ordinary high schools is conducive to the practice exploration,standardization and efficiency improvement of characteristic school running.Generally speaking,the characteristic school-running system of ordinary senior high school has the basic characteristics of localization,development and flexibility.At present,there are many problems in the characteristic running of high schools in China,such as the inadequate implementation of policies,the urgent need for specific operational system design,the imperfect supporting system,and the weak awareness of the construction of the characteristic running system.The second chapter is the analysis of the current situation of the characteristic school running system of Hainan ordinary high school.Through investigation and research,it is found that the relevant policy background on the development of ordinary high schools in hainan province provides certain conditions and support for the characteristic running of schools.Most of the ordinary high schools in Hainan province have their own development plans,but there are still some phenomena that do not pay attention to them and there are differences in understanding.The school has formed certain characteristic management organization structure,but the teacher and the student management effect is poor,the condition support is insufficient;The school curriculum management pays more attention to the national curriculum,but the development of the characteristic curriculum system is still insufficient.The characteristics of school teaching management system in different schools are not obvious,there is no significant difference.However,Hainan Nongken Middle School characteristic development plan,Wenchang Middle school characteristic class management,Hainan Overseas Chinese Middle School internationalization and other aspects of the school system is outstanding.The third chapter is the dilemma of the characteristic running system of hainan ordinary high schools and its causes.Specifically including the school characteristics of the development planning is not perfect,the organization and management system is not complete,the curriculum management system is not perfect,the teaching management system is not flexible and so on.The main reason is that limited by the policy environment,the characteristic school system is not clear;The school running hardware and the teacher condition restriction,the funds investment and so on the guarantee insufficiency;The level of understanding of school management organizer is insufficient,and the coordination of characteristic school organization is not enough.The fourth chapter,on the basis of the above research,puts forward suggestions to improve the system of running schools with characteristics of ordinary high schools.Firstly,policy guidance should be strengthened.The state should strengthen the guidance of running schools with characteristics of ordinary high schools.Secondly,to improve the school running system,we should strengthen the guidance of school characteristic running development plan,perfect the school characteristic running management and organization mechanism,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,perfect the teacher management system,and perfect the school curriculum teaching management system.Finally,it is necessary to improve the guarantee mechanism,ensure the standard and in place of the characteristic school-running policy of ordinary high schools,and establish and improve the characteristic school-running quality monitoring system of ordinary high schools.
