As the senior stage of secondary education in our country,general high school belongs to our basic education system,and it is a non compulsory education with both popularity and foundation.In a word,general high school education is the connecting and critical education stage in our education system.Our economy and education have already stepped onto a new stage,in the face of disappearing of quantitative demographic dividend and development requirements in the new era,the key task of high school education of our country has been promoted again in the 13thfive year plan,from"almost popularized"to"completely popularized",which requires overcoming the obstacles in the development of general high school education,so as to promote the high-quality and balanced development of general high school education.Based on the theory of education equity and resource allocation,this paper selects three related indicators of human,financial and material resources to make a comparative analysis and equalization measurement on the allocation of educational resources of general high schools in Zunyi city.The study shows that there is a certain degree of imbalance in the interregional allocation of general high school education resources in Zunyi city,the level of funds and materials allocation in southern,eastern and western counties are relatively low,the teacher resources in the remote northern counties are short,and all the education resources in the main urban areas have obvious advantages over other counties.According to the empirical analysis and literature research,it is found that the main causes of the imbalance are the different levels of regional economy development,the financial input system of the county responsible and the tendentious allocation of educational resources.Then,the paper proposes that the quality and balanced development of general high school education in Zunyi city can be promoted by optimizing the supply system of educational resources,through by ensuring education funds,optimizing the balance of regional teacher resources and improving the ability of material resources coordination and allocation.
