With the continuous development of virtual reality technology and the continuous advancement of educational informatization reform,virtual simulation experiments have fully demonstrated their uniqueness and superiority in remote experimental teaching.The virtual simulation experiment platform not only overcomes the shortcomings of scarcity of equipment,shortage of class hours,and limited space and time in the traditional experimental environment,but also makes up for the shortcomings of the application of online education in science and engineering courses,and integrates traditional experiments with online education in a reasonable and effective manner.With the popularization of virtual simulation experiment platforms,a large number of studies on the evaluation of learning effects in virtual simulation experiment environments have begun,establishing a reasonable and effective learning evaluation index system in the virtual simulation experiment environment will provide the possibility to control the learning situation of the virtual simulation experiment,improve the learning effect of the virtual simulation experiment and improve the development status of the virtual simulation experiment.Based on the above background,in order to establish the learning evaluation index system in the virtual simulation experiment environment,this study mainly carried out research work from the following aspects : First,through the literature research method,the concept of virtual simulation experiment learning evaluation index system is defined,and it summarized the research status of the traditional experimental teaching and online education learning evaluation system and summarized the typical index items of the traditional experimental learning evaluation index system and the online learning evaluation index system,lay the foundation for constructing the learning evaluation index system and its subsequent research in the virtual simulation experiment environment.Secondly,under the guidance of the theory of multiple intelligences and the classification theory of learning results,based on the virtual experiment platform of food science and engineering in Jiangnan University,combined with the particularity of virtual simulation experiments,the first-level indicators and second-level indicators of the virtual simulation experiment learning evaluation index system are determined,initially construct a virtual simulation experiment learning evaluation index system.In order to further determine the scientificity and effectiveness of the learning evaluation index system in the virtual simulation experiment environment,this study is based on the preliminary construction of the virtual simulation experiment learning evaluation index system,using the Delphi method to comply a questionnaire,an expert group consisting of 18 experts was formed,and opinions of experts and scholars were collected.According to the opinions of experts andscholars,the index system was revised.Ater two rounds of Delphi method,the evaluation index system of learning and evaluation in the virtual simulation experiment environment containing 4 first-level indicators and 41 second-level indicators was established.Finally,in order to apply the index system to the actual teaching platform,the weight of each index item needs to be determined.Based on this purpose,this study compiled a relative weight questionnaire,using analytic hierarchy process,invited experts and scholars to fill in and statistical results,using yaahp analysis software to analyze the relative weight of each index item,sorted according to importance,and finally formed a practical and feasible learning evaluation index system in the virtual simulation experiment environment.In order to further improve the operability of the learning evaluation index system in the virtual simulation experiment environment and ensure the stability of the index system,this study developed an evaluation scale that includes teacher evaluation,student self-evaluation and system evaluation,and clarified some non-quantitative indicators.This study has effectively explored the learning evaluation index system in the virtual simulation experiment environment,and provided reference for future related research in the field of virtual simulation experiment.
