In recent years,with the promulgation of a series of education and teaching documents issued by the Ministry of Education and the State Council,more and more importance is attached to the all-round development of students by the State,because a single national curriculum resource can no longer meet the needs of all-round development of students.In June 2001,"The Outline of Basic Education Curriculum Reform(Trial)"(referred to as "The Outline")was issued by the Ministry of Education,which advocated that middle schools' education and teaching should not be limited to the national curriculum.Instead,scholars and front-line teachers are encouraged to develop and use relevant curriculum resources to meet the needs of students' diversified development.By consulting the relevant literature at home and abroad,the author tries to comb the relevant research of curriculum resources and define the concept of curriculum resources,During the process,the author finds that the developed biological curriculum resources are so few.What's more,there is no systematic high school biological curriculum resources database,and students' participation in the development of curriculum resources is low.At the same time,by using the methods of questionnaire and teacher interview,the author investigates the biology teachers in 7 senior high schools in Langzhong City,and analyzes the current situation of the development and utilization of biology curriculum resources in high schools,The result shows that about96% of teachers tend to use the curriculum resources that are easy to get around them,and fail to fully tap the biology curriculum resources with local characteristics,which indicates that teachers do not pay enough attention to the development and utilization of local curriculum resources.On this basis,the method of "combing and linking-developing and integrating" for the local curriculum resources of biology in senior high schools was put forward by the author.After careful studying the knowledge module of "Application of Traditional Fermentation Technology" in Biotechnology Practice,a senior high school biology elective book published by People's Education Press,the author combines the knowledge with Baoning vinegar,a well-known characteristic product in Langzhong City,developing three local curriculum resources on "Application of Traditional Fermentation Technology",namely,school resources,family resources and social resources.Some students actively participate in and their parents also help to explore the resources on traditional fermentation technology.In this process,students expand biological vision and improve their practice and exploration ability.Then,in view of the development of the local curriculum resources,in order to implement the new curriculum standards to cultivate students' Biology Core literacy and improve students' comprehensive ability as the teaching objectives,the author puts forward the application strategies in high school biology teaching:(1)Combining network and special teaching;(2)Selecting materials to make courseware and application teaching;(3)Quoting micro courses and flipping classroom teaching;(4)Combining biology classroom with social practice activities;(5)Combining local curriculum resources to carry out STS teaching.Finally,the results were evaluated by questionnaire.The research results of this paper not only supply and improve the curriculum resources of senior high school biology,but also provide some guidance for the development and utilization of local curriculum resources for senior high school biology teachers.However,due to the limited time,it is not possible to carry out teaching practice and effective analysis on the developed local curriculum resources,which is expected to be further studied in future.
