| The main idea of “Guidance of Learning Plans” is to make students gradually foster their self-study ability,improve their learning efficiency and final learning outcomes in the process of autonomous learning.The author attempts to find a better approach to develop mathematics learning ability of senior high school students in the research of the mode of “Guidance of Learning Plans” so that students can study independently better and teachers can carry out “Guidance of Learning Plans” teaching more effectively.This research uses the methods of classroom observation,questionnaire,and interview and case analysis,combining with research findings on the current situation of mathematics teaching in senior high school:(1)In terms of preview,some students who have poor self-consciousness or poor learning ability slack off,and the method about preview is inappropriate,which has an influence on the preview effect of the whole students under the model of “Guidance of Learning Plans”;(2)In the classroom teaching,teachers merely attach importance to learning plan-guided application in form,essentially lack of guidance for students' independent learning,and cannot fully arouse students' enthusiasm for learning;(3)In the after-school part of “Guidance of Learning Plans” mode,quite a few students have not shifted their past learning habits of mathematics,lacked the motivation and consciousness in learning,lacked the attention to the learning plan,and failed to finish the after-school part of the learning plan as scheduled with high quality;(4)Some teachers consider that the compilation form of learning plans is relatively single and becomes a mere formality,and the content design is almost the same.They are confused about the requirements of college entrance examination of mathematics and teaching schedule and the balance between “Guidance of Learning Plans”,which influences the role of the learning plan.In response to these circumstances,this thesis studies mathematics teaching strategy of senior high school based on the “Guidance of Learning Plans” mode from four perspectives: firstly,with respect to the teaching preparation,senior high school mathematics teachers should work together to improve the compilation quality of the learning plan,which should be rooted in teaching materials and syllabus.Teachers should integrate with the reality,act according to the actual circumstances,and makescientific and rational preparation.Secondly,in terms of teaching process,teachers should lay emphasis on the supervision and feedback of the preview of the learning plan,deeply understand the learning situation of the students,reasonably arrange the teaching content in the classroom teaching,push forward the classroom teaching according to the design of the learning plan,attach importance to the guidance on students,focus on the use and reflection of the learning plan after class,and reinforce the effect of “Guidance of Learning Plans” mode.Thirdly,in terms of teaching methods,teachers should adopt teaching methods flexibly and give full play to the role of groups in learning plan.They should encourage students to carry out independent exploration,strengthen the guidance for students' mathematics learning,ensure the implementation effect of the classroom-centered mathematics teaching,and truly achieve “Guidance of Learning Plans” and “guided study and independence”.Fourthly,in terms of teaching security,the school should establish a strict and standardized “Guidance of Learning Plans”teaching management system and diversified assessment of teachers' teaching performances,and strengthen the training of teaching level and teaching methods of teachers.This study improves the deficiency of the “Guidance of Learning Plans” mode in mathematics teaching,puts forward the problems that students and teachers have in the specific implementation,and proposes corresponding countermeasures,especially in terms of teaching security,the school should vigorously support that case analysis provides reference for teachers to prepare learning plan.Through this research,it provides some valuable reference for students,teachers and schools to effectively use the learning plan-guided mode in mathematics teaching,and promotes the development of high school mathematics teaching. |
