Some Thoughts About The Management Of The Vocational Education Group

To analyze the management factors of the vocational education group from studying the management theory of the educational microeconomics and guide the management practice effectively is an emergency task for the field of the vocational educational theory to settle. The author tries to discuss the way of managing the vocational education group to learn from the famous people. This article is divided into four parts;In the first part, it discusses the developing characteristics of the vocational education group in brief. The vocational education group is an organizational form of educational management and development which is transplanted form the enterprises group. There are three basic styles of it at present: the style of accumulating and developing, the style of investing the chaims and the style of copying the famous brand. They are all the productions of the enterprises inventention into the field of educational development.In the second part, it discusses the necessities of managing the vocational education group. The group should make use of the management mechanism which is necessary not only to develop education in the market economy but also to inprove the teaching qualities and profits.In the third part, it studies the management theory of the vocational education group. This article puts forward and defines the definition of the management of the vocational education group and basing on this, some considerations are advanced such as the management of products, the management of assets and the management of capitals which construct the frame of the management theory of the vocational education group, which is to guide the management practice effectively.In the fourth part, it discusses the management strategies of the vocational education group. These strategies include: setting up correct management theory, making decisions scientifically, establishing scientific personnel training mode, putting emphasis on improving the numbers of students who can go to school and who can obtain jobs, strengthening the management of teaching,bettering the teaching qualities, constructing a fluent and efficient management mechanism and increasing the profits of running the school.
