Physical ability is one of the important components of athletic ability of athletes.Good physical ability is an important way to develop other athletic ability of athletes.The importance of physical fitness is not only for athletes,but also for promoting the development of physical fitness of teenagers,or the growth of physical athletic ability.As a low injury and high efficiency physical training method,physical function training has a great influence on the competitive sports training in China.Functional training is different from the single training mode of traditional physical training,which regards the muscles and joints of the whole body as a whole rather than as individuals.This article the perspective of functional training as the main body to compare and analysis of functional training method and the difference between the traditional training methods,as well as two different training methods for examination of middle school students sports achievement effect size,argument whether functional training can improve the test scores of high school mid-term exam sports,aims to be in functional training more than competitive sports training in extensive use,also can be introduced into the player or the general public at the grass-roots level,make its can be in the field of secondary school physical education has a good development.This article the perspective of functional training as the main body to compare and analysis of functional training method and the difference between the traditional training methods,as well as to the examination of middle school students sports achievement have influence,argument whether functional training can improve the test scores of high school mid-term exam sports,aims to be in functional training more than competitive sports training in extensive use,can also introduce its perspective from elite athletes to athletes at the grass-roots level or the general public,make its can also in the field of secondary school physical education has a good development.This paper USES the methods of literature,experiment,expert interview,mathematical statistics,field investigation and logical analysis.The students in Sam physical training class were selected for the experimental study,43 boys and 45 girls,a total of 88 people,and the students were divided into experimental group and control group.This experiment took the physical events of the high school entrance examination as test items,namely 1000m run(male),800m run(female),solid ball,50m,pull-up(male)/sit-up(female),standing long jump,and 5 test items for male and female.Before the experiment,the two experimental groups of the experimental group and the control group were tested for their performance before the experiment.As the initial performance,the T test showed no significant difference at p>0.05.The duration of the experiment was 8 weeks.The training period,times,time and intensity of the experimental group and the control group were basically the same,and the training content of the specific skills was the same.Eight weeks later,the test items were tested again,and the results of the experimental items of the students were compared before and after the experiment.SPSS system was used to compare and analyze the data of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment.Through this experimental design and research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)traditional physical training and functional training play a certain role in the development of physical fitness and physical quality of middle school students.(2)compared with traditional physical training,functional training significantly improved students' performance in solid ball,pull-up and sit-ups(p<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the performance improvement of endurance and speed events.(3)compared with traditional physical training,functional training significantly improved the screening of functional movements(p<0.05),indicating that the experimental design of functional training significantly helped to improve the athletic functions of middle school students and was of certain significance in preventing the athletic injuries of middle school students.(4)functional motion screening(FMS)has no positive correlation between test scores and physical fitness and physical quality.Students with high athletic performance may not get higher scores in functional motion screening,while students with low athletic performance may not get lower scores in functional motion screening.
