The two groups of students after the periodic training, comparing the results to the following conclusion:1, most schools under the environment of exam-oriented education, pay attention to the performance and test the test-centering projects, and neglect of the arrangement of sports teaching and extracurricular physical exercise.2, the experimental results show that combining with mid-term exam sports add try the arrangement of the project reasonable and effective teaching and extracurricular physical exercise can improve the enthusiasm of students to study and test the test-centering grades.3, the traditional sports teaching content lack of modernity and fashion. The sports teaching become boring. Sports teaching and extracurricular physical exercise to test the test-centering project is given priority to, to mobilize the students’ interest in learning.4, through the interview, you can see that teachers and students to test the test-centering very seriously. But this focus mainly from exam-oriented education, utilitarian color too thick.
