| The educational policy of the new era,paying attention to the comprehensive quality of students,labor quality is an important aspect that can not be ignored.On March 20,2020,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued "Opinions on comprehensively strengthening labor education in primary and secondary schools in the new era" in order to make students' moral,intellectual,physical,physical and labor development in an all-round way.The practice of socialist core values can not be separated from the improvement of students' labor quality.But the quality of labor in primary and secondary schools has a series of problems.Especially in the transition stage of junior high school students,physiologically have more labor conditions,but many senior primary school students are lazy do not like labor,lack of labor ability,labor quality is low.Around this question,263 senior primary school students were randomly selected to carry out a questionnaire survey,specifically aimed at five aspects of labor quality(labor attitude,labor knowledge,labor ability,labor habits,labor concept).After statistics and analysis of the results of the questionnaire,four teachers,six students and four parents were randomly selected for detailed interviews.It is found that the labor knowledge and labor awareness of the senior primary school students are insufficient,the ability to participate in domestic work needs to be improved,and the enthusiasm to participate in social public welfare work and domestic work is lacking.At the same time combined with the results of the interview put forward the lack of labor education,the absence of teachers and parents,the inertia of students themselves,and these three aspects into five specific reasons to describe.Finally,combined with the results of existing research and investigation and analysis,the following promotion countermeasures and improvement suggestions are put forward.State aspects: first,to determine the training objectives of labor quality education;second,to set up labor compulsory courses;third,to determine the teaching content for senior primary school students;fourth,to improve the evaluation system of labor quality.Schools: first,to establish a professional teaching staff to improve the level of quality education;second,to create a labor-loving environmentso that students can improve their quality of work in a subtle way;third,to combine teaching in other disciplines,to use different disciplines to infiltrate labor;fourth,to establish links with factories and public welfare organizations to increase students' labor opportunities;fifth,to establish a mechanism for cooperation;and sixth,to build a practical base for quality education at home and school to increase students' labor opportunities.Family aspects: first,extend to the student family,change the concept of parents;second,the parents of appropriate quality education guidance.Students' personal aspects: first,to establish a correct concept of labor,to change the attitude of labor,to form labor habits;second,to enhance the ability of individual labor;third,to accept various aspects of labor education,enrich labor knowledge. |
