Judo competitions have a large number of combined actions such as throwing, locking, choking and other strengths and skills, which are fierce and have a high incidence of sports injuries.Once an athlete has an injury,it will not only affect system training, but even affect career. The survey found that there are not many research literatures on sports injuries of young female judo athletes in Shandong Province. Therefore, the study tried to use literature data method, questionnaire survey method, field survey method, expert interview method and other research methods to investigate sports injuries of young female judo athletes in Shandong Province.Descriptive epidemiological investigation and analysis of the status quo,and proposed targeted prevention measures.Studies indicate:1.Basic characteristics of sports injuries. The injury rate of young female judo athletes in Shandong Province is 1.57,and there is no significant difference between different cities. The shoulder and elbow joints are the most common cases of upper limb injuries, accounting for 38.4% of the total;the knee joints are the most common cases of lower limbs, accounting for 27.9% of the total.Strains, sprains and strain injuries accounted for the majority, accounting for 87.2% of the total.Moderate injuries were the majority, accounting for 60.4% of the total, and severe injuries were the least, accounting for 7.3% of the total.Acute injury is higher than chronic injury,5.8% higher.Injuries mostly occur during the confrontation training phase and the pre-match period. The basic characteristics of sports injuries are closely related to the physical development of young athletes and the requirements of judo techniques and tactics.2.Characteristics of causes of sports injuries.High training intensity, insufficient special preparation activities, and injury training ranked the top 3 causes of injury.High training intensity can easily lead to the decline of athletes' physical functions, physical fatigue, deformation of technical movements, and injuries.Insufficient preparation activities, athletes' joints, muscles, etc.cannot meet the preparationrequirements for technical and tactical confrontation, and it is easy to cause sprains and strains during fierce confrontation.Injury training is not professional, protective, and specific, which can easily lead to aggravated injuries or new injuries.3.Strategies and suggestions to prevent sports injuries.Strengthen the quality supervision of athletes, and strengthen the training of the integration of quality and technology according to the characteristics of athletes' own quality.Actively increase the importance of sports injury prevention through sports injury case display, education, etc.,actively implement preventive training measures, and improve injury protection organizational capabilities;make full use of the internal and external conditions of the training team to enrich the allocation of medical equipment, books and other resources;improve sports injuries Prevention and supervision related systems.Establish an athlete training database, scientifically arrange confrontation training plans based on individual differences;strengthen functional screening(FMS),and adjust training content and intensity in time according to the dynamics of athletes' skill status and injury conditions.Strengthen the application of multimedia teaching, increase interactive discussion teaching, stimulate athletes' interest in learning, and improve the effect of technical and tactical learning.
